We totally enjoyed our stay. Room was clean. Location very convenient. Only glitch was the keycard sensor to our room door had malfunction the morning we went out for breakfast and returned to check out to make it for 11am coach ride to Sydney. Counter receptionist was very helpful and understanding about our time constraint to get in the room to get our luggages for check out. She managed to quickly get the gadget to help unlock & open our room door. Appreciate her responsiveness and helpfulness which made our stay all good.

Spacious, clean and convenient

Spacious room and convenient 3mins walk to city centre. Laundry facilities in basement of hotel. No on site carpark but can park at open space carpark behind hotel and by the road side.

The reservations agent was rude and unhelpful, and the Front office staff was faced with council-imposed roadblocks, but their insight into how guests can unload luggage is not adequate. The suggestion on the day was, you can find your way. This, I find absurd.

The family room is great for a family of 4 - spacious and clean. Reception staff at Sebel Civic need to ensure they give their guests accurate information about the offsite parking options as this wasn't the case in our situation.

Good spot in Canberra City Centre. Close to cafes and restaurants and the Canberra Centre. Only parking for the hotel is off site in a basement car park which is a bit of a nuisance but at least it’s safe. Staff were great and the room was well fitted and modern.

There is no parking. So an extra $22 adds to the cost. There was nobody at reception when we arrived and no means bell or buzzer. Finally we called out and a girl wandered out with no apology. So we are unlikely to stay there again.
