I have been visiting this property for some time now. With the all the gives and takes, I really like this property. The shower was cold (temperature setting in the valve needs to be adjusted) with all of the united I visited. But the cleaness, size (an entire aprtment), and a very comfortable bed (almost the best). Another thing is security is solid there, with people alway at the front desk. In Mexico, that's a good thing... And it's next door to the Mexico's version on the state police (FGE), which is a huge plus!!!

This place is my to go stay every time I have to go down to Tijuana. It’s becoming like home . The staff on first shift and night staff are incredible people and the area is safe and have so much options to eat around and commute is super simple thru DiDi. We always will come back in.

Great place to stay in TJ!

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. After a minor hiccup in which I rented the incorrect “EZ” location, the remainder of our stay was wonderful. First off, all of the staff were very attentive and helpful, especially Daniela. At check in, I explained to her what happened at the other location. She was very accommodating and gave us an upgraded unit, which I really enjoyed. The unit was clean and exactly as pictured. The bathroom was spotless and water pressure in the shower was amazing. The bedroom was large and bed was very comfortable. The facility has a modern, chic, trendy vibe, yet very homey. Security was on point, we felt very safe and our vehicle was parked in a gated parking lot. Overall, I highly recommend staying at EZ Rio. I cannot say enough how wonderful the staff were.

Pretty funny No housekeeping and if you want fresh towels, take the old ones to the laundry to exchange. My wife was getting ready to take a shower. I went to get fresh towels Laundry was closed. Come back in an hour. Wonderful.

The property is 5/5. Gorgeous. Well-equipped. Nice staff. Unfortunately the area around, not so much. There’s a bar across the street which is very loud and went until 6am. So unfortunately we didn’t get any sleep. It’s no fault of the hotel, but unfortunately sorta ruined the experience. 5/5 for hotel, 0/5 for the noise, 4/5 overall.

We were very disappointed that our room did not have running hot water. But even more disappointed on how this was handled by the staff. No one contacted us back to provide a solution or update after we presented our complaint and the “technician” went to inspect the issue. This was an issue because our check out time was getting close even though they were made aware of the issue way before that. I had to make several calls to the front desk from my partners phone because they did not answer when I called from mine. After they finally did answer I was received with a “there is nothing I cando” kind of attitude from the girl in charged. After pushing back for a resolution I was offered only an additional 30 minutes for check out after and a room that was previously occupied and not cleaned to shower They stated that they did not have any additional clean rooms. Overall a not so pleasant experience. Girl in the front desk “helping” us was rude and staff just seem unprepared for this situation.
