Feel like my home, 6 minutes walk to Kyoto Station, 1 minute walk to mall and supermarket. Very clean, staffing is super friendly, room has everything we need for traveling with three small kids. We enjoyed so much at this place. For my next Kyoto trip, I will pick this hotel again.

Good location with shopping mall and supermarket next door and easy walking distance to the main train station. I could even do a run to Inari from here! Staff were friendly and helpful and speak English. Room was spacious for our family of five and comfortable to hang out in for a meal and relax after a big day out.

Wonderful hotel for families.

Wonderful stay, employees super nice. We're family of 5 traveling and this was perfect for us, apartment with two bedrooms and a living room/kitchen. Special kudos to Yugo, that learned to say thank you in our language. Totally recommend this hotel.

Hidden gem!!!

This place is s a hidden gem. Family friendly, big, clean, nice rooms complete with everything you need. Staff are awesome as well. Spoke great English and very nice and friendly.
