La entrada es un poco confusa porque solo el dueño puede darte acceso al edificio y los guardias no comparten información. Para cada vez que entres tienes que contactar al equipo de rentas y no se pueden usar las instalaciones adicionales (alberca, canchas). Los cuartos son cómodos pero no tienen aire acondicionado y le pega mucho el sol por la tarde, te dan un ventilador pero a considerar si eres una persona que le da mucho calor.

Es un lugar muy agradable y tranquilo El acceso a la propiedad es un poco tedioso ya que te lo tienen que dar cada que accesas al condominio.

No lo recomiendo. Para empezar el anuncio no es explícito al decir que lo que rentas es una habitación en un departamento y que el baño es compartido. Tampoco te dicen que el edificio tiene prohibido el subarrendado por plataforma por lo que, el acceso al lugar es por huella dactaril. En ese caso necesitas cada vez que entras y sales que una persona de los propietarios vayan y te abran. Una molestia terrible porque además de que tienes que esperar, te la piensas para entrar o salir con libertad. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto

HORRIBLE

NO SE HOSPEDEN. Publicidad engañosa. Te hacen creer que es un cuarto con baño privado pero es mentira y te enteras de eso en el momento. El cuarto es privado pero el baño, living y cocina es compartido con otros 3 cuartos más. Me negaron darme toallas nuevas cada día y no había shampoo ni acondicionador ni jabón en la regadera, tuve que literalmente agarrar el jabón líquido con el que se lavan las manos. Lo peor de todo es que cada vez que quieras entrar y salir del hotel, debes de llamar al dueño para que baje contigo y te abra, la seguridad es muy exigente.

Todo bien excepto que no fue claro en comentarme a la hora de reservar que dentro de la Suite se comparte espacio de la cocina y baño con las otras habitaciones lo cual fue asqueroso y se debe comentar en la descripción y no llegar y que me digan cuando claramente ya no tenía oportunidad de reservar en otro lado por tiempo, no vuelvo a quedarme ahí claramente que asco compartír el baño con más personas en no una si no tres habitaciones más

Para poder ingresar tienes que está marcandole a una persona que vive en unos de los mismos cuartos del departamento que rentas, los departamentos cuentan con 4 habitaciones por lo que el baño lo compartes con hasta 8 personas, , cuando salen por ti la chava parece que va por ti afuerzas

Debieron ser honesto de no poder usar todas las instalaciones que promocionan como gimnasio y alberca, por su proceso legal , pero aun las tienen en las fotos. Ademas tener que esperar que los administradores de la propiedad bajen cada vez que necesitas entrar es molesto y se presta a que tengas largas esperas.
