The owners were exceptionally welcoming. Location was good with a view of Kotor Bay and an easy walk to the old town. Restaurants in the area are excellent. The room was small-ish but very well equipped with everything you needed. I highly recommend Casa Nuova!

Loved this stay. It was very easy to walk into Old Town and the Promenade. On a very busy road but at night there was almost no traffic so it was still quiet for sleeping. Would like to have coffee or tea available in the morning.

Loved our stay there. We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed every bits of it. 5-7 mins walk down to Bay Area/ Beach and 15 mins walk to Old town. Grocery and markets nearby. Great location, very peaceful and very clean. Loved the fresh smell of jasmine just outside the door.

Property was excellent. Great location from the Old Town with great views over the bay. Host was amazing, responded within mins of contacting her and she even lent us beach towels! Highly recommend staying here, we will be back!

The room I got has great view of the lake. The room is spacious, clean and has comportable bed. It has kitchen too with basic cookware you need. The property looks new or maybe just really well-maintained. The staff (probably the owner) is friendly and kind too. Everything about this property is above my expectation. I even enjoy just staying in the room and balcony when its raining.

Great little short cut down to the waterfront and there is a playground right there next to some cafes so children could play. Room was clean and comfortable.

The hostess is super helpful and kind. The room was very clean and the hotel is on a little hill side with view of the mountains or the bay depending on your room. Everything is walkable from the hotel or you can get a taxi for like 3/4 euro to the main town.

This is a great apartment near Risan. Very nice and modern, spotless with all the essentials. The host communicated super well, thank you so much!! She accommodated my very late arrival which I am eternally grateful for. Even waited for me to make sure I found it ok.

One Night In Kotor

I came to Koto Bay for the day and decided to spend the night. The Owners keep this property in impeccable condition. Spotless, quiet, and fantastic mattress and bedding. Location is perfect with an easy walk to the medieval wall and city, historic promenade and waterfront. Perast is a ten minute drive (I recommend arriving no later than at 8 am, allowing a couple hours of unobstructed walking, photo taking and lunch before the cruise and tour buses show up).

Good location

Excellent location. Kotor old town 15 minutes walk. Property is modern and clean. Communication was good and host very friendly. Parking space was available to us. Only negative was the smell coming from toilet drain. There was plumbing issues but smell was constant. I don't know if this was a property issue or a locality issue. If we didn't have this issue, I would have rated the property 5*. Can not blame the host as we did not raise the issue with her as we didn't have time.

The host Tatiana was very friendly and really keen to help. She messaged me before I came to stay at her location and gave me some really good advice before I landed. Property is really clean and nicely decorated. It feels very safe and the bed was really really comfortable the area was very peaceful but not very noisy which means you can get a good nights sleep. There are two little shopping markets close to the property with some you know basics and also a short walk there is a supermarket and a small shopping centre where you can you grab bits and pieces grab some food grab some lunch also down the hill there is the small kind of marina and also close to the property is Kotor Beach. I was a solo traveller and the only thing I felt was missing was having a small cafe closer to the property as for a solo traveller it was sometimes quite challenging to walk and get food especially because you were tired due to the heat wave and also having gone on various excursions. Anyone travelling to Kotor I would recommend a car/bike hire this way more areas will be accessible. I would definitely recommend this apartment hotel for all. It would definitely appeal more the families and couples.

Strålende opphold på Casa Nuova! Verten var super, imøtekommende, og kom med gode tips! Leiligheten ligger en kort spasertur (langs en superfin havnepromenade) fra Kotor, god beliggenhet. Leiligheten var romslig, ren, med et flott bad, og en liten balkong. Anbefales!
