Had a wonderful stay with family. Apartment was very clean and spacious, with everything we needed. Location was perfect! For the most part, it was quiet, however the last night some grown intoxicated men stayed up until 2am or so, cursing while what sounded like watching a movie in the lobby area.

We throughly enjoyed our stay from start to finish, the apartment was spotlessly clean and in the heart of the old town. Perfect location for sight seeing and eating out. We cannot fault this trip and we will be returning. Joanna was so helpful and arranging airport transfers was no trouble at all. Thanks for a great stay

Updated apartment in the heart of Old Town

Essentially all the conveniences of home but on holiday. The apartment had two bedrooms with doors (great for travelling with children), two bathrooms inlcuding a shower/tub, a great room and a kitchen with refrigerator, cooking top, dishwasher and laundry machine. Check-in and check-out was very easy and they had the option to hold luggage. My only issue was the fragrance. Right outside our unit's door was a plug-in air freshner, it was very powerful. Then in the unit, I don't know if it was the cleaning products they use, but my eyes reacted a little to the scent and my wife complained of a stuffed up nose while there.

My family and I stayed at the Ermine Suites for seven nights. It was a fantastic place. One step out of the property, you will discover a new world of Krakow. Shops, cafes, restaurants, and cultural attractions are all a few seconds from the property. More interestingly, the Main Square of the Old Town is just a three-minute walk from the property. The property Manager Joanna was amiable and a great help to us. We will definitely stay in the same place again hopefully next year.

Well appointed apartment in a great location in the old town. There are several small grocery stores nearby as well as many restaurants. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to do your own breakfast and even cook dinner if you want to. Can easily walk to many of the main sites.

Property and host was absolutely amazing, within a couple of mins walking distance from all local amenities and attractions. I would definitely recommend, only thing that i would warn is that the club opposite is quite noisy on a Saturday night but other than that we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend. Thankyou
