Foi longa estadia e me atendeu muito bem. É bem localizada; as pessoas são cordiais, as instalações são ótimas e de livre acesso. Tem um mini mercado (p/ urgências) no Edifício. Uma situação importante: no anúncio do hoteis.com diz que não existe recepção e portanto, as informações para entrar no prédio seriam enviadas por email mas esse email não foi enviado. Foi difícil entender que eu poderia tão somente procurar a portaria quando chegasse ao local. O serviço de limpeza pode ser contratado.

Não gostei da parte que deveria alugar a churrasqueira num valor expressivo. Acho que deveria ser cortesia para o hóspede ou pagar uma pequena taxa de limpeza. O ar condicionado do apartamento de casal estava fraco.

Modern, clean, comfortable. Checkin was a hassle because we did not get the required “codes” prior to arrival (Hotel has no reception desk, check in is done using app on phone. App is in Português only). Also, WiFi code stopped working after one day and we had to contact a remote help desk to have security guard bring us new code. Staff that was in building were very helpful in assisting us with check in. One last thing, packs of barking dogs and roosters nearby were annoying.
