This hotel was best hotel we stayed in during our Japan trip. The room was huge which so good when travelling with 3 teenagers, clothes washing and drying facilities, staff went above and beyond with helping us with any questions. Close to transport, markets, shopping, all key Kyoto sites. I cannot recommend it enough!

The room booked for a family of four people was big enough, clean, well equipped for the kitchen! The only down side is the noise from other guest above our room was a bit loud during night time. Grocery close by and next to station!

This is the best place for a family. It’s very roomy, clean, comfortable and the staffs are friendly and very helpful. They speak English very well. The location is walking distance to every where. There’s a grocery store right next to the hotel. We love it here and will definitely come back again. We booked 2bedroon stay and we love our room. HIGHLY RECOMMENDS this place.
