Het appartement bevond zich op de eerste verdieping met een prachtig uitzicht op de haven. De tuin van het complex is afgezet met hekken, veilig voor kleine kinderen. Zwembad is schoon en heerlijk om af te koelen. Parkeerplaats in de garage en het complex wordt afgesloten met een hek. Stranden, winkels en restaurants zijn in de omgeving. De keuken had alles wat je wilt hebben op vakantie incl kleine vriezer en koelkast. Ook de receptioniste was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Un gros merci Ă  La RĂ©sidence CarrĂ© Marine de Mandelieu et salutations sincĂšres Ă  Maroy Ă  la rĂ©ception qui nous a vraiment bien accompagnĂ© du dĂ©but Ă  la fin de notre sĂ©jour.  Pour ce qui est de l’emplacement et de l’état de La RĂ©sidence, tout est parfait! Accueil par le directeur de la résidence, trÚs pro , accueillant et chaleureuse.. Grande terrasse vue sur la marine c'est top! L'appartement spacieux.. Pb avec le pommeau de douche et une couverture qui n'était pas propre et trouée. Mais tout le reste c'était magnifique.

Überwiegend waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt zufrieden. Wir empfehlen vacanceole etwas Aufwand in den Unterhalt zu stecken. Das Geschirr war wirklich sehr abgenutzt. Die Messer waren sehr unscharf. Das Fenster zur Terrasse ließ sich nur sooradisch schliesen, also wurden immer die elektrischen RolllĂ€den heruntergefahren. Die Sauberkeit war unter dem Durchschnitt als wir ankamen. Ausstattung war das notwendigste vorhanden und hat ausgereicht. Potenziel ist da, es mĂŒsste nur genutzt werden. Außer den negativen Aspekten waren wir mit der Lage, dem CheckIn und allem anderen (Pool, Tiefgarage) zufrieden.

TrÚs belle vue sur la Marina et personnel de l'accueil sympathique. Par contre les appartements sont dans un sale état de délabrement c'est inadmissible pour un 3 étoile. (prise qui tient plus au mur, dérouleur papier WC qui est arraché, manque des plinthes, portes placard cassée, joints de la salle de bain fait grossiÚrement...)

Tres agreable sejour tres bon accueil tres disponible appartement lumineux avec tres belle vue sur la marina Les points négatifs sont la fermeture de la piscine en ete trop tot a 20h pas de matériel adapté pour le menage aspirateur casse non change chambre trop petite car on ne pouvait pas passez de l autre cote du lit sans escalader sur ce dernier.

Séjour aprÚs déconfinement

Sommes arrivĂ©s le 22 juin, on nous a dit que l'appartement Ă©tait dĂ©sinfectĂ©. Il y avait du gel hydroalcoolique Ă  l'entrĂ©e de l'accueil et prĂšs des ascenseurs. Piscine ouverte avec transats et produit dĂ©sinfectant et lingettes mises Ă  disposition. Nous n'avons jamais Ă©tĂ© inquiets vis Ă  vis des mesures de sĂ©curitĂ©. L'accueil est sympathique et on prend le temps de nous renseigner. Appartement assez spacieux pour 3 adultes. Vue magnifique sur la marina. DĂ©ception au niveau des couchages : la chambre a une toute petite fenĂȘtre qui donne sur une coursive donc on ne peut pas dormir la fenĂȘtre et le volet ouverts et il s'agit d'un lit gigogne dans le sĂ©jour donc obligĂ©s de refaire le lit le soir, dommage que ce ne soit pas un clic clac... Pas de chance pendant nos deux semaines de sĂ©jour car trĂšs bruyant avec la construction d'un immeuble Ă  proximitĂ©, le nettoyage de la Marina avec un dragage toute la journĂ©e et une Ă©cole Ă  cĂŽtĂ©. MalgrĂ© ces inconvĂ©nients, nous avons passĂ© de bonnes vacances avec de belles promenades et un beau temps. Il est indispensable d'avoir une voiture car pas de commerces de proximitĂ©.

Plus ParkplĂ€tze in ausreichende Anzahl vorhanden, wenn auch sehr eng Minus --- - BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒcher sind dreckig gewesen - WLAN vorhanden, aber nicht nutzbar - da viel zu langsam - Empfang nur mit SchlĂŒssel zugĂ€nglich, wir mussten vor verschlossenem Tor auf GĂ€ste warten, die uns freundlicherweise reingelassen haben - CheckIn sehr schwierig, da keine Englischkenntnisse - es wurde mit Übersetzungsprogrammen via Smartphone kommuniziert - Kaution soll per Bankscheck hinterlegt werden, die Hinterlegung per Kreditkarte ist nicht möglich - Zur CheckOut Zeit bis 10 Uhr war niemand am Empfang anwesend, erst nach telefonischer RĂŒckfrage ist es in Ordnung gewesen die SchlĂŒssel im Postkasten - Corona Desinfektionsmaßnahmen werden auf die GĂ€ste abgewĂ€lzt Rundum: Wir waren sehr enttĂ€uscht und werden nicht wiederkommen - entsprechend sprechen wir auch keine Empfehlung aus!
