子供にはいいけど、大人はちょっとな感じ。

シャワールームが2つしかなく、入るのに20分くらい並んだ。 トイレも2つしかなく、仮設トイレが設置されていたが、汚いので、逆に設置しなきゃいいのに、という感じだった。 飲み放題が、受付まで1回1回行かなきゃなので、離れたテントだとキツイ。 部屋のエアコンのリモコンが電池切れしていて夜中に寒すぎても温度を変えられず、寒すぎるのでコンセントを抜いたら、朝日が出てきてから、鬼の暑さになり、コンセントを差してもリモコンが効かないのでエアコンが作動せず、地獄だった。 風邪をひいた。 スタッフ全員丁寧で、子供もずっと喜んではしゃいでいたけど。

事前の問い合わせから親切な感じでした。当日、チェックイン前から敷地内に入れるので早めに到着したところ、早めに案内してくださり、翌朝参加できないアクティビティを先取りさせてくださりました。こちらの都合だったので諦めていましたが参加できて嬉しかったです。 宿泊者に楽しんでもらおうと様々なアクティビティを用意してくださり、気さくなスタッフの方々が対応してくれました。ただ、ホテルとは違ってテントなので、隣の宿泊客の深夜までの大騒ぎがとても迷惑でした。家族で我慢の夜でしたが、施設自体はとても楽しくまた行きたい。
