Fabulous stay in January

Very clean, great location although up a hill. We walked up and down but you could get a taxi. Poolside lovely and infinite pool a blessing on hot days. Staff very helpful and efficient.Boat trip to nearby villages excellent.

Amazing Hotel

We had an amazing time here. I would definitely recommend this to anyone! The staff were really helpful and cheerful, they gave us great recommendations for places to go! Our receptionist who greeted us was so lovely, she made our stay very welcoming! The room had everything you needed to cook meals, rooms were always made to a high standard! - Joe and Morgan

Amazing

We were thoroughly impressed with this hotel! For only being 3* it went above and beyond our expectations. The rooms and very modern, comfortable and spotless. The pool area is very well maintained and has a fab setting. The pool bar is very good however wished it would stay open a little longer than 5pm however there is a shop across the road for supplies. Plenty of sun loungers, cabanas and beds to choose from and a nice chilled out atmosphere. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. We would absolutely return to this hotel

Vid ankomst var gatuhusen trasig. Jag är beroende av hiss då jag ej kan gå i trappor. Receptionisten var inte särskilt hjälpsam. Vid påtryckning ringde han efter Pizza och dryck vilket levererades enligt överenskommelse. I övrigt var allt rent och bra.Rummet mycket bra.

Alojamiento muy nuevo y limpio. Recepcionistas agradables y la habitación tal cual la pedimos, con vistas al mar y en planta alta. El único problema es el parking. En la reserva pone que está incluido pero depende de disponibilidad en el hotel.

Herlig hotellfølelse 😊

Bodde en uke på dette hotellet, en veldig positiv opplevelse. Hotellet var fresh og flott, ingenting å si på fasilitetene. Fin utsikt da hotellet ligger i høyden. Sol på balkongen på morgenen, og sol til rundt kl. 18:30 på hotellet. Betjeninga var hyggelige og serviceinnstilte, særlig Manuela som var veldig imøtekommende og jovial. Det var en ro på hotellet, og den uka jeg bodde her var det ingen som «reserverte» solsenger, og det var plass nok til alle og enda fler. En liten cafe ved bassenget som serverte mat og drikke om man ikke vil lage mat på rommet. Selv om jeg har bare godt å si om hotellet, så var det dessverre en del støy fra området rundt da det blant annet er kort ned til shoppingsenteret (musikkstøtte om natta) og lekeparken. Man kan også oppleve støy fra nabohotellet. Litt spørs hvor man har rom antagelig.

El personal increíble la señora que nos atendió en la recepción muy atenta agradable y muy competente en su trabajo la estancia increíble la verdad que he pasado dos días ahí y no me quería ir una única cosa me hubiera gustado que se pudiera cenar pero por lo demás la verdad que encantada volveremos.

Märktes att lägenheterna var lite föråldrade, men de var ändå rena och relativt fräscha. Lite ljud från centrum kunde störa på kvällen/natten. Trevligt och lugnt poolområde. Wi-fi fungerade väldigt bra. På gångavstånd från både centrum och strand. Enligt mig prisvärt.

Helt klart nöjd!

Bra hotell med bra läge! Fräscha möbler å badrum och helt okej sängar. Bra poolområde med mycket plats. Magisk utsikt med balkong på 7:e våningen. Minus var dom två hissarna där den ena inte alltid funka och den andra kändes lite som fritt fall varje gång.

Pent anlegg

Et enkelt og pent leilighetshotell på morgensolsiden. Innsjekk via Montebello som er rett over gaten. Vi bodde her to netter. Fikk rom med balkong i første etasje. Pent rom med gode løsninger. Kjøkken og sittegruppe. Gode senger. Fint bad. Bassenget ligger oppe på plan 4. Pent område med nydelig utsikt over hele Puerto rico. Vi fikk ikke brukt bassenget så vet ikke om det er oppvarmet. Sol fra tidlig morgen til 16-17 tia. Stille og fredelig her. Anlegget ligger høyt oppe i åssiden. Flott trening å gå i trappene

Billig og bra på west hill.

Likte meg bra på Hartaguna.Hotellet ligger på den solrike vestsiden av dalen og nært senteret.Hotellet er rimelig men hadde veldig bra internett og nok varmt vann.Dette er de to hovedtingene mange "billig hotell" sliter med.Kommer gjerne tilbake.
