We had an amazing time at MyFlats Bailen Apartments. Cynthia was great! She welcomed us nicely and then was always available for all the questions we had during our stay. Totaly recommend this place!

Great property. Staff was friendly when arriving but otherwise they kept to themselves. The water pressure from.the shower and AC was excellent. Conveniently located, quiet and easy to find. No duvets were available but we did not as either. Could provide better pillows. Overall i do recommend

Good value for money

Stayed for 7 days in a combined worktrip/vacation. The location was absolutely perfect and within walking distance to old town, the port, the airport bus, shopping and a massive amount of restaurants and bars. The apt was clean and tidy and I much enjoyed the hot water in the shower. Extra plus for additional towels for me to change, when needed. The shower gel and shampoo were not very high quality, though. Perfectly ok equipped kitchen – if I should have used the kitchen for more cooking, I would have liked a larger kitchen knife and a midsized saucepan/pot in addition to a petite one and the 5Litres. Very welcoming staff (all of those I met) – friendly and helpful. Much quieter than expected Sunday-Thursday (no trafic on Calle Bailén) but much noise from the bars outside on the Friday and even worse on the Saturday late evening(s). Acceptable wi-fi. Rather hard bed in master bedroom. In conclusion, really good value for money. I will come back.

The appartement itself was very nice. The rooms had good beds, the livingroom was spacious and the kitchen had every basic needs to cook a meal. The location however is both an advantage as disadvantage as it is located in the centre of Alicante so everything is nearby. But that also means it can be very noisy in the street, especially in the weekend. Earplugs are highly recommended..

Perfekt läge! Bra lägenhet med egen ingång från en bakgata vilket var väldigt bekvämt. Extra plus för två badrum. Det enda vi hade önskat var lite mer köksutrustning, till exempel så fanns ingen skärbräda.

Très bien

L'appartement, situé dans le centre ville d'Alicante, présente de nombreux avantages : proximité des restaurants et des boutiques, de la plage et des transports en commun. Situé en rez-de-chaussée, il manque peut-être de lumière naturelle, les fenêtres étant opacifiées pour des questions évidentes d'intimité. Sa situation explique aussi que l'environnement soit un peu bruyant, en particulier lorsque les restaurants ferment leurs portes (après minuit), ou les livraisons au petit matin. L'appartement est très bien équipé (micro-ondes, four, frigo et congélateur), et la literie excellente. Le personnel à la réception est à l'écoute, l'arrivée et le départ très bien organisés. En résumé, séjour très agréable, mais il faut pouvoir supporter les inconvénients des centres-villes.
