Do not recommend!!

Loud highway noise! Refrigerator noisy! Couldn't use air conditioner because of banging noise! Awful place! Very bad neighborhood!

Oh,no.

Only place we could find in Lakeland, fla. On 2 weeks notice. Awful.cigarette burn holes n the bed blanket. Stains everywhere. Worn out every thing. Noisy. Scary. They did have clean towels. Ancient furniture in terrible condition. Walls and ceiling and wood work all stained and chipped. Not t safe.

Welfare hotel

Worst dump I have ever been in. No way would I have stayed there had I been wise enough to read the reviews. I was in need of a hotel in the area and it was the first one I found that has rooms available. Now I know why! I will not make that mistake again.

Bad Experince

Even though we had made reservations far in advance but because we didn't check in until 5pm they did not hold our room.So there was a scramble to get a room. The room was dirty and still had trash in the trash cans. They did not honor the quoted price. Would never stay at this hotel again.

Would not recommend

The room I was assigned was separated from the hotel that appeared to be much nicer and cleaner building. After checking in I entered the room and it was infested wit roaches. When I went back to the front desk I was told that the side had been assigned was long term stay There were no open rooms on the nice side until Saturday evening. I did no sleep well and checked out on Saturday morning.

very bad condition

Room stank with smoke could not breathe room was suppose to be non smoking obviously it was not. Hole in the wall as if some one punched it out, hole in the sheet from cigarette burns overall I would not recommend anyone to this place. It was raining I could not leave I already paid Expedia too late to find somewhere else I had an asthma attack due to terrible toxic room air smelled heavy with smoke.

Scary place

First impression, was 4 police cars parked in front of the hotel, traffic was being directed around the incident happening. Attempted to checkin, hotel was overbooked by 26 rooms, I asked to see the room before we checked in. I was surprised at the poor condition of the furnishings, room looked dirty, stains on the chair also torn arms on the chair. The carpet was filthy and stained. The desk clerk was very polite considering there were 5 other families attempting to checkin but the hotel was oversold. She said she would not charge our credit card, since she had so many people wanting the room. SCARY place!

Number one nastiness Hotel in Florida

Mold on the walls , furniture broken and bathroom shower had mold on the walls too! Sheets were not clean! They advertise free HBO but did not have it as a channel; although the TV picture was so bad it did not matter! The carpet was so stain and filthy that I was afraid to walk on it on with my bare feet! Bugs in the room ? AC had half the control knobs missing which made it impossible to adjust the temperature! Hotel door to my room was not secured and I had to sleep with one eye open! No security.. Afraid my car might be missing during the night!

Disgusting!!!!!

This place was a rat hole, unsanitary, unsafe, rooms dirty and unsafe exposed wires on lamps, broken wall receptacles, doors loosing the veneers,knobs coming off, mold in shower area, no trash cans no safety chains on doors no telephones of course no wake up calls(what about an emergency, who do you call no paper tissues, bad area of town with things going on that most people don't want to be exposed too, specially with families, and almost forgot bbq grill by pool area with 6 months of charcoal on it and all broken up I'm sure it did not have propane gas either

well, the room that i had reserved was sold by the hotel....thanks...i show up around 2 in the morning to a rude tool of an employee that barked at me "no rooms available! can't you read the sign!?!"....well, guy, i got a reservation....i tried to hand him my ID so he could look for my information. He refused it and proceeded to tell me all the rooms were already occupied...i asked him if he could contact hotels.com or maybe see what can be done to fix this issue. He did nothing to help. It was clearly not his issue at all. He did not care. I went back to the car in the parking lot to call hotels.com to try to resolve the issue. While i was sitting in the car waiting for the hotels.com employee to figure out where i could stay that night, this hotel employee actually walked all the way to my car to figure out why i was still in the parking lot......did not know it was against the law to sit in the parking lot talking on the phone trying to figure out where i was going to sleep that night since they decided that my reservation meant nothing to them and sold my room anyways. I pretty much had to drive to a cvs to park there while the hotels.com rep found me a room. the only good part of this experience was the help i received from the hotels.com employee. I would like to mention that. Other than that, I WILL NEVER ATTEMPT TO BOOK A ROOM WITH THAT HOTEL AGAIN

HORRIBLE HOTEL "THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVERY STAYED"

PLEASE do not stay at this hotel. Filthy, roaches, bedbugs the size of a dime! We stayed at this hotel this weekend, I advise anyone who is looking at the pictures online do not be deceived by far half star hotel. Bad neighborhood with drug dealing in the parking lot. We were woken at 4am with the sound of people outside the door having an argument. I got no sleep killing bed bugs and roaches all night. No phone, coffee maker, television was horrible, air conditioning unit was broke had to switch rooms and the new room was still HORRIBLE. Place smells of mildew and just funky had to buy cleaning supplies for bathroom because housekeeping staff was obviously not doing there job. EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL WAS DISCUSTING I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANY HUMAN BEING!!! Needs to be TORN down! It needs to be called "Americas WORST Inn"!

Nightmare

The hotel did not have the room type we requested. There is a 7 foot chain link fence arround the property which I was not sure to keep trouble out or the neighborhood safe. The section we were being sent was what appears to be the residential area where there are families staying for extended period of time. Will never use this hotel ever

Worst hotel ever!!!

The nastiest hotel ever! We didn't even stay. They wouldn't give me a refund. There was dirty towels in room. I asked for non smoking and it was full of cigerette smoke! Bullet hole in the door..manager was drinking a beer at the front desk! Very unprofessional!

Filthy and disgusting.

The room had a bed, one nightstand,one lamp that the desk guy brought in after we checked in. No chair, no phone and no hangers. Had an armoire which held the tv. Tv remote had Tape holding batteries in. Wifi did not work and when I asked if it was down the next morning they said it never worked with the sign in I was given......Do not stay here disgusting.

The hotel was very dirty and old and smelly. Carpet in the room seemed like never been vacuumed. When we walked into the room there was a pair of shoes left behind from previous guest which indicates room never been cleaned after. Please go somewhere else to stay.

The hotel was clean and neat. My only problem was that they listed 11:00 AM as a check in time and I arranged my travelling to arrive around 11:00 AM and when I arrived I was told there were no rooms ready until 12:00 PM. Long story short, I did not get in the room until nearly 12:30 which was annoying.

Filthy, smelly and falling apart

The room was filthy, the door locks were broken. The room smelled like smoke. It was a smoking room and I was supposed to have a non-smoking room. The whole motel had a strong odor of ethnic food cooking. I had one clean towel and one so dirty, I didn't dare touch it. The bed was uncomfortable. It was a horrible experience!!!

Awful hotel. Don't stay here

The first night I was at the hotel they had my car towed. I parked where other cars were parked and there was nothing marking the area as a non parking zone. I had to spend $150 to get my car back and the hotel wouldn't reimburse me my money since they had it towed. Not fair since nothing was marked.

Cheap isn't always the best.

If you want cheap. That is exactly what you're getting. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone. The room smelled horrible, cutrains had holes, tub was disgusting and very noisy. Never again.
