Along with an indoor pool, this apartment building has outdoor tennis courts and a seasonal outdoor pool. Free WiFi in public areas and free self parking are also provided. Other amenities include laundry facilities, an arcade/games room and barbecues. Each apartment provides a kitchen with a fridge, an oven, a stovetop and a microwave. I really like this property. The pool is a good size and the slide is fun. I didn't like that they make you wear the wrist bands while at pool.

I like the idea of the place, having a resort feel with beach access. But it fell short of my expectations. I instantly felt uncomfortable and had buyer's remorse once I stepped into the room. This place but particularly our room needs a complete makeover update, from the carpet to the appliances, to the balcony, and the bathroom.

Unfortunately, when we arrived (after office hrs) due to long travel, our room packet was not in the drop box. We were tired, exhausted and just wanted to start our vacation. It turns out that they gave our room to someone else who apparently had the same first name. Only person onsite was a security guard who was only 3 days on the job. He didn't have a key to access the other drop boxes to check if maybe it was accidently put in another location. We finally got a hold of a remote manager. She initially offered us a smaller room and I refused. Then she came up with an "emergency" room that they hold for such occurrences (should have offered that first). It was not a great location nor view but we accepted. The rest of the vacation was fine but not a great start and felt we should have received some compensation for our troubles. Never got a follow up phone call either. Customer service and check in process needs improvement as these mistakes shouldn't happen these days. Not sure if I will stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The grounds were well kept. People were friendly. Our grandkids enjoyed the pools and playground. They even enjoyed the poolside bingo hosted by the staff. The condo was spacious and provided everting we needed. The bed was comfortable. However the master bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly upon arrival. There was a used washcloth left in the shower, the faucet on the sink had soap stains. And there was a glob of hair on the bathroom floor.

Balcony was unusable due to an excessive amount of pigeon poop that had not been cleaned up for sometime, a large live roach in the bathtub, the shower curtain rod was laying in the tub… but we did like the fact that there was 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette… the ice maker did not work. With a little xtra care, this could be a very nice place to stay.

There was a lot to do on the property. Swimming inside or out, mini golf, basketball, tennis, pickle ball, a playground, grills or a 2 minute drive to the state park. Fort Macon was full of history. My husband and I loved the area. We went before the Memorial day weekend. It was quiet and relaxing.

We had a great stay. On the beach, lots of amenities, outdoor pool with a slide, indoor pool and hot tubs, right down the road from Fort Macon and a short drive to the Aquarium. Would recommend 👍

It was very nice resort all pools closed at 6 after a 4 pm check in and even put put everything closed was kinda disappointing but water slide was cool.. Long Walk from dock to beach I would give 7.0
