Overall worth the price.

The only down point is there is no elevator in the building and we had to carry our luggages up to level 3. Kettle was a little dirty and tap was not able to function, but management came to fix it almost immediately. Very near to the old town square hence, very noisy and can hear people talking till 4am. After all, we still had a pleasant stay here.

Pas de chance ...

Très central, à deux pas de la place de l'horloge. Pas de réception, mais enveloppe au bureau du gardien. Bel immeuble, appartement très spacieux avec cachet (poutres apparentes) mais défraichi (dégât des eaux dans plusieurs pièces). Extrêmement bien équipé (vraiment tout, y compris lave-linge, congélateur, fours, grille-pain, ...). Nous sommes arrivés le 31 décembre, et il y avait une bouteille de vin pétillant tchèque avec un mot de bonne année - sympa ! Les ennuis : - la chaudière ne se réalimentait pas - il n'y avait donc progressivement plus d'eau chaude (ni douche ni chauffage). Il fallait l'intervention sur place du gardien chaque jour pour avoir de l'eau. - le penne de la salle de bain se coinçait. Ma fille (15 ans) est restée enfermée à l'intérieur, et il nous a fallu 45 minutes le soir du réveillon pour arriver à la libérer nous-mêmes... Sachant que cette nuit nous a été facturée trois fois le prix habituel, j'ai demandé un geste de compensation, et on nous a envoyé bouler ... Il y a beaucoup d'offres, on ira ailleurs la prochaine fois.

It’s about 40 narrow steep stairs to the apartment as there is no lift. It’s too much with kids and large luggage. The washing machine also stopped working. The bathroom has been upgraded but the shower still floods up.

Fantastic location. Access to the property by car is a slight walk from the drop off area (tourist zone, not accessible by transport). Walk to hotel is ok for all ages. Veronika & Dominika are exceptional communicators and hosts. Highly recommend

Great stay in Prague for the Christmas markets. The apartment is so so close to old town square and everything is within a 20 minute walk away. The apartment was cute and very suitable for a couple. Would recommend!!

We stayed at U Kapra Apartment, as a family of 5 - and found the apartment to be amazing! It had all the facilities we needed - kitchen and laundry included. There were a couple of minor issues that I had to communicate via email. Thank you to Dominika for quick responses and thank you to Veronika for resolving the issue quickly. Location wise - couldn’t ask for better!

This property is located in the heart of Old Town with tons of attractions, dining and Christmas markets nearby. The apartment was very spacious and well maintained. I loved that there were so many dining and shopping opportunities just outside the main door. Only negative is trying to find the door to the apartment. It is between two shops and can be difficult to locate.
