We were informed that the lift wasn’t working and because we booked via Expedia so they were unable to contact me to inform earlier. It’s totally not true as I did received their email to ask me to pay deposit in advance. So we have 2 options on spot: carry our luggage up ourselves to third floor or cancel the booking and find alternative around the area. Well, we decided to do some workout to carry the luggage’s up. The second pain was the wifi, it struggled so much. We had to use our roaming for mobile data. Thirdly, the property has some age. But the good thing is you can do BBQ in the balcony and the quay view was great from our unit.

Perfect property by swan river. Amenities are good less the hair dryer short circuited on 2nd day but it was one of those days. Staffs have excellent customer services. Will definitely recommend.

Singapore golfers group stay at Palladio

All 7 pax of our group was very happy with dolphin quay stay. Very convenient with eateries next door and very quiet and serene.

It was rather surprising that the reception close at 4pm. So we had to check in using arranged safe deposit to collect the key. Location was good, close to Mandurrah Terrace. Beds were not the most comfortable.

Fantastic place to stay with family

We stayed at level 1 room 7. The room faces the harbour and a playground. It’s a 2 bedrooms apartment with 2 nice bathrooms. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Indoor parking was free but we did not use it as we just parked outside Dolphin Quay Apartments. 5-10 mins walking distance to Mandurah City where there’s a cinema, ice cream shop and a few restaurants there. 20 mins drive to The Cut Golf course. Overall it was a very pleasant stay with very friendly staff on site.

Venice in Mandurah

I was very happy to have checked in to this property. The place is not very far from the train station. If you want to walk to the property, you can do that too. But I caught a bus and got off from Atrium and walked about 6’ to the apartment. I had a feeling the surrounding place is like Venice. The apartment itself is equipped with a washing machine, a kitchen and a dish washer. It’s a very comfortable unit. It’s within walking distance to Mandurah Estuary where the water is crystal clear

It is close to the city center and jetty. The best part is that there are good restaurants at the same apartment block. There is even private parking.

Terrible and horrible service

They close before 5 pm even though they state the check-in time was 3-5 pm. Tried calling the number provided but the call can't get through at all. Did not provide any code for the deposit box for self-check-in. Try messaging them or emailing them also to no avail. Was only able to get through them through a staff from the nearby restaurant. Despite saying they will send code to us, no code was sent and we have to wait for the staff to come and open the deposit box for us. Took us around an hour plus to get our room. And even though room booked was a marina view one, the room that was given to us wasn't of marina view. It was more of a playground view that was nearby the apartment. It was a total disappointment!

Well equipped, clean and comfortable accommodation

This is our 2nd time staying at Dolphin Quay - we stayed here last year. Some minor hiccups with parking, but otherwise excellent. Location is great and the rooms are well equipped, clean and comfortable. The barbecue facilities in the balcony is an additional bonus

Apartment is really clean and underground free parking provided as well. Our apartment had a great view of the marina. Although bars and restaurants were just downstairs, it wasn't noisy. A small gas grill was provided as well on the balcony! definitely worth staying here again!

My choice apartment

Apartment is clean and new though the door at master bedroom seems spoilt and one glass balcony door is cracked. Location is out of this world, with views of the beautiful canals, bridge that connects dolphin quay opposite and the Indian Ocean. We had enjoyable dinner and breakfast in the huge balcony and mesmerised in the view. I would definitely make this my choice if I come again.
