Along with an indoor pool, this villa has a fitness centre and a conference centre. Free WiFi in public areas and free self parking are also provided. Additionally, a seasonal outdoor pool, a children's pool and an arcade/games room are on-site. All villas are individually decorated and offer private yards and ceiling fans. The resort itself is very nice and beautiful. The roads are very narrow and dangerous. The villa itself was outdated, with dead bugs, spider webs, spiders and dust.

It was just what one person needed, one bedroom , living room kitchen, bath and washer and dryer, perfect, on river, very quiet, the road going in was great , up and down the mountain , very beautiful drive , will stay here again

The nice lady at check in warned the WiFi was “spotty”. And no guarantee on the WiFi. Well, spotty is a very generous description of a place that had very little WiFi, no cell signal (our phones went to SOS mode), and had a landline phone that was purely decorative as there was no dial tone. They advertised “CABLE TV”, which is a lie. They supply a TV which is attached to the nonexistent WiFi. We tried for over half an hour to connect to our personal Netflix account, to no avail. You can’t keep internet for 5 minutes to establish the connection. Two lights burnt out in living area, filthy uncomfortable deck furniture, and uncomfortable couches made hanging out challenging. The bed was ancient and sagging in the middle and neither of us slept well. The hairdryer is a wall mounted one that has not been actually mounted to a wall, so you have this clunky thing to plug in and try to dry your hair with that. Not a single hook in the bathroom, and the one towel rack was so small that only one towel folded in half fits on it. No where to hang another towel or robe. This place is not cheap enough and should come with a warning that is it COMPLETELY OFF THE GRID. Pack a ton of books and a book light.

Beautiful area. The property was very clean and neat. It was dated but still comfortable for our short stay. Getting to the property the road was very very narrow and you had to be very careful.

Relaxing trip

Everything was perfect. Only complaints are no WiFi & half the electrical outlets need to be replaced in unit. Cords won’t stay plugged in. We made it work. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back for a third trip.

While they Villa itself was very nice, the kitchen equipment was minimal at best. We were unable to start the fireplace in the main room and there were no instructions to help us. We were also unable to make the televisions in the main bedroom or upstairs work.

Our girls trip was awesome. We had plenty of room and Debbie at checkin, as usual was so helpful and sweet. The weather was great and shopping, apple picking and wine tastings were plentiful. Villas at Coosawattee River is my favorite place in Ellijay.

Beautiful views of the River, secluded area far from town. If you are a nature lover, this is your place. We really enjoyed seeing all the Deer! This property is very outdated on the inside. Needs a fresh coat of paint and new furnishings. The mattress was so loud and squeaky to the point that it kept me and my husband awake all night, and it had a bad sag in the middle.This place would be amazing if it was updated. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Gorgeous setting in nature by the river.

Beautiful place overall… especially the area it’s located in and outdoors surrounding the place; the house is dated and needs a bit of taking care of and updating; has all that is needed to stay comfortably; beds are squeaky and not really comfortable although they sleep fine.
