Perfect room for families

We stayed file people at the kook. Unfortunately One pull out double bed is not wide enough for two. Can be arranged wider. Room kitchen hob is tiny for 5 and did not worked properly. We used main kitchen hob but it was always in use for other people. Ventilation is not suitable for kitchen when you cook. Common Seating are is charming. Location is very good for transport.

Very convenient to stay several days. I Just had dificcult tô get in the building arriving from the parking: to open the door need internet, and I didnt have It underground. Need to improve this point. Clean Room, staff Very friendly and they have a Very confortable Common área. I do recommend. Parking cost me 24 Suisse Francs per night. There os no Breakfast.

The hotel is right by Wankdorf station with easy access to central Bern and the surrounding area by train or tram. It’s in a business district but it was quiet during my stay from a Thursday to Sunday, There is a coop supermarket in the building for food or snacks too. Really impressed with the amenities in my room which was like a small studio apartment with kitchen, fridge, dishwasher, cooking hob and microwave and lovely shower. There is a communal area also which had a pool table and seating and separate kitchen area. Another nice touch was the ability to restock tea and coffee items for free for your room or even make something to eat in the communal kitchen /break out area. There were items for purchase as well. Definitely will be staying here again if I visit Bern as the room was excellent and modern and reasonably priced for Bern. The Staff on duty were friendly. I used both the train and tram to get into the centre of Bern which run very frequently.

Hôtel propre, parfaitement aménagé et ultra optimisé. Pas de service supplémentaire, ni de personnel, tout se fait depuis son téléphone et fonctionne bien. Parfait pour un court séjour ou pour des travailleurs détachés qui ont besoin de locaux polyvalents. Les communs sont bien aménagés et pratiques. Rien à redire, cela correspond aux standing annoncé.

This was my first stay with Kooook , and i must say it was amazing, Its all digitalized yet personalized, property manager was kind enough to extend my checkout for 1 hour (which is unlikely in Europe) and keep my luggage, Kitchen area is amazing to cook and coffee tea arrangements were fantastic with amazing and modern interiors. every evening i used to look forward to come back to Koook. I will definitely come back and recommend to every one..Thank you

Tolle Unterkunft!!

ECHT TOLLE Unterkunft! Neu, klever, funktional. Man macht aber alles per SmartPhone. Von Check-In bis Zimmerschlüssel. Super Service und toller Aufenthaltsraum mit grosser Küche (falls kleine Küche im Appartment nicht genügt. Ideale Lage am Stadtrand, gleich neben Bahnhof Wankdorf (4 Minuten per S-Bahn zum Hauptbahnhof). Tiefgarage vorhanden (CHF 24 für 24h) Buchen wir wieder!
