Location was excellent. Check-in staff was helpful and courteous. Suite was spacious and had everything you needed. Bed was comfortable though it was occasionally a little noisy at night during the weekend from the traffic. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Hotel is not be but is clean and spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful. However, it gets really jammed up outside the hotel at times and in the night, especially weekends and publick holidays, the pubs round the corner can get really crowded and noisy.

Booked the 2 bedroom suite. Rooms are a little dated but comfortable and very spacious nonetheless. Master room toilet doesn't have a ventilation and window is locked so it gets warm in the afternoon and stuffy after a bath. We booked this property because there is a washer and dryer in the room, but discovered we have to purchase detergent from reception, while not expensive just leaves us puzzled why it can't be included in the room price. 5 to 10 min walk to Pavilion mall and the Bukit Bintang shopping street. Multiple restaurants in the streets around the hotel.

Front desk was helpful when I made request. Room is spacious, clean n nice. However, the TV needs servicing, the images are 'blurred'. Yes, I will book this hotel again when I visit KL again.
