Great spot

We had a super short stay at Peppers, the area was great with some lovely restaurants and the apartment was spacious and well well kept. The reception we received on arrival was rather curt sadly. The receptionist told us about rules that would be hard to know if you had never visited the establishment before which was disappointing. It wasn't just us that received the frosty reception, a friend who checked in not long after received a similar welcome. It seems like a serviced apartment trying to be a hotel but things have been lost in translation along the way.

Hidden cost and inefficiency customer service

Stayed for two nights and paid in full via hotels.com when booking. Nothing was mentioned during check-out or later until the shock came to us one month later in my credit card bill. It is shown that on 25 Nov, two days after our checkout date, there is a charge of A$76.5. Email was sent to customer service and nobody had updated anything for more than 20 days. I had to call up and was told over the phone the charges was for 'carpet cleaning fee', while the staff was unable to provide any further details. Now it's another round of waiting for her to find the manager and get back to us. This is definitely unacceptable and disappointing - among all 10 hotels we have stayed throughout our Australia trip, and given the way we used the rooms was pretty consistent, this is outrageous.

Modern clean and great service!!

I love this apartment as it is modern, clean, comfortable, great service from all service staff especially Fern. It has a great ocean view. I had a partial ocean view as i booked ocean view. If you want to be able to see the full ocean view, i think you may need to book premium ocean view which will mean you will be able to see the sunrise on the ocean. I could not see it as there is a another apartment blocking this view. Otherwise we love this apartment and love to come back each day.

Perfect for familiy stay

Excellent hotel. We stayed at the 2 bedroom ocean view suite and the view is amazing. Woolworths is just at the next building so it makes cooking convenient.

Modern and comfortable

My stay in peppers was excellent! The apartment is modern & clean. Location is convenient & most suitable for family with young kids. Besides having supermarket across the street, there is a very big and interesting outdoor public playground nearby. The beach is also close by. There are many restaurants around the hotel. Staff in peppers are very friendly, helpful & sincere. Thanks to Mariana (frontdesk) and Coby (concierge). Although our apartment was not a sea view side, we were able to get a good view of the sea from the balcony. Thumbs up to Peppers! Will definitely recommend it to all my friends!

Nice apartment with great amenities

Very satisfied with the apartment. The location is also very prime - close to the beach and few steps from the supermarket. Pacific Fair Shopping Centre is also 5min drive away. I would choose to stay at Broadbeach instead of the noisy Surfers Paradise anytime. There are also a nice restaurant Grumpy's just across the street. The seafood is very fresh there! Parking for hotel guests is free. They have 24 hours reception so there was no issue when I need to check out at 5am in the morning.

Lication: Ideal as it is a block from the beach and restaurants are even closer. The tram stop is about 3 blocks away. Property: Wonderful. We had a sea view apartment with balcony. Very clean and quiet. 2 pools and a gy. Property is in good condition. Room: Great apartment with seperate bedroom, full kitchen and large balcony. Very clean and quiet. I would certainly stay here again.
