This property is one I will be frequently staying at from now on. The staff are lovely they went above and beyond! The facilities have just been upgrades and the reception area is lovely. For the cost and what you get I would recommend anyone single or family to stay here.

away from the main tourist and traffic areas of Broadbeach, yet close enough to dining options to walk, and across the street from the beach. Boulevard North is a nice property in a great location for what we enjoy doing, will definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay at Boulevard North. Location was perfect, our ocean view apartment was just beautiful, so clean and spacious. Loved just sitting on the balcony watching the whales. Facilities were excellent, kids especially loved the pool and spa. The hotel managers were always so lovely, and also helpful. Thank you so much, we can’t wait to return.

Ocean Front Apt. Great View across to the beach, great sitting and dining area. Easy access to beach and shops etc. Could have done with a ceiling fan or aircon in the 2nd bedroom and bathrooms are tiny (but are fine and functionable.) Apt had been renovated which was nice. Good for the price and a solid 4 star place.
