Okay stay for a family of 4 + 1 baby

The trip did not start well due to Hotels.com's confusing search function. It uses "rooms" as searching criteria so if you are looking for 2 rooms, and search for 2 rooms, even though you pick ONE villa with 2 rooms, you end up booking for 2 villas which is what happened to us. The hotel was kind enough to refund 3 nights out of 5 when we realised this upon checking in. The stay was okay. There is no restaurant onsite which was a bit boring in the end given the limited menu for 5 nights. You have to book everything (housekeeping, food tray clearing etc) via an app - your selected slot not guaranteed. The communication on the app also became a bit frustrating as hiccup happened (housekeeping did not show, or show at the wrong time when baby was napping). The staff were pleasant and always smiley though which helps. In hindsight we probably would have preferred somewhere on the beach front so it gives some variety of exposures (we were travelling with a baby and could not do much otherwise).

We like how quiet and peaceful it is. Excellent in house chef. Delicious meal prepared. However few maintenance issues spotted such as falling roof debris and unmend back yard.

Nice hotel. Away from the busy street

Great stay with my friends. Peaceful away from the busy patong street. It applicable for people who wish to truly enjoy the peaceful villa throughout the stay. One thing to take note that is not accessible if you wish to travel out from the villa. Thou the villa provide chartered bus to patong and kamala beach, however the timing of the bus end quite early. I will recommend group of friends to try this villa.

Nice hotel,very good service

Overall the villa was great! We have our own private pool, in villa breakfasts and butler service. We were provided a mobile phone which enable us to make calls to butler service, local and international calls which had given us lots of convenience. Wherever we were, if we lost our way just to have to call butler and try to get some local to let then know the exact location and there will be a taxi arrange to pick us. The staffs were very friendly and helpful, excellent service. If the private pool was heated it will be better. There's a Apple TV for movies, however only able to watch movies that's already purchased unless you willing to pay for a movie. No satellite TV however the in villa entertainment doesn't really matter as most of the time we were out in town or in the pool. During our stay, there were two incidents of blackout which the manager explained that it's due to an accident. Overall experience was excellent and would consider to stay here again if I'm not looking for a sea view villa.

A villa so comfy you won't want to leave!

My husband and I stayed at The Bell Pool Villa in a 1 bedroom Honeymoon villa for 3 nights of our honeymoon. The whole place was super clean without a hint of dust, has a gorgeous pool surrounded by a pond and garden, and a sala with day beds. Turns out it's actually a 3 bedroom villa with 2 bedrooms closed off. They had Apple TV with a bunch of free movies too. The staff were very attentive, and our butler Aoh was detailed in explaining to us how to best utilize the hotel's various services. She was always available on call via the hotel's mobile phone and helped us arrange an in-villa spa and BBQ. There's a hearty breakfast served every morning and you can order lunch/dinner up to 10.30pm at night. We had recently gone on an adventure trip to New Zealand with friends, so this holiday was primarily for lazing around and relaxing, and this pool villa was the perfect place to just lounge and watch TV and eat. And eat. And swim. And eat some more.

Great choice for family vacation

This is my first time to rented a pool villa and I do think it is a great choice for family vacation, location is great if you hire a car, 5 mins drive to Kamala beach to enjoy message and sunshine, 20-30 mins drive to Patong to enjoy night life. The Pool is bigger than I imagine and all their staff are helpful, overall I will give this villa 4 out of 5

Relaxing villa for that stress free getaway

Greaty villa for a stress free relaxing getaway. Staff are always on hand 24/7 to assist in any way including if you are the opposite end of the island at the time. Villa itself, although secluded from the general hussle and bustle, is very accessible to anywhere thanks to the villas onsite cab hire whether it be for the entire day or a quick trip to the beach.

Excellent Bell Pool !

this is great accommodation if you want it clean , tidy and tranquil! Not for younger families, but staff try very hard and food is excellent. Beaches close by and easy transfers when needed, Local restaurants cater to all needs Bell Pool Resort delivers a lot of holiday plus points

A Sanctuary to Escape

Not so ideal location but perfect for couples or busy folks who wish to escape from hectic work and bustling streets. Place was well kept and photos of pool and villa are as shown on website. A great stay for honeymooners but shuttle service to patong can be more frequent.

We stayed 4 different places in Thailand and this was by far our favorite. The 2 bedroom villa was quiet and totally private and the staff were all so sweet and attentive. They have you download an app when you check in and it make everything you could possibly need so convenient; from ordering food to an in room massage or scheduling a shuttle. The food was some of the best we had on our trip as well and the breakfast that was included was huge and so good!

Good or bad?

어플로 음식 등 각종 서비스를 신청할 수 있는 점은 매우 좋았음. 그러나 늦게 체크인 하면서 어플 사용승인을 받지 못해 헷갈렸던 점. 트랜스퍼 서비스의 경우 외부업체를 이용하는 것 같은데 선불로 기사에게 지급하니 기사가 먹튀한 점, 직원들 퇴근시간 이후 영어소통이 불가능한 점 등은 확실히 호텔의 수준을 갉아 먹음. 풀빌라치고 개인풀이 크고, 자연친화적이며 매우 프라이빗한 점은 매우 좋습니다.

Our stay here was peaceful. It was walking distance to the local markets and down town. The communication via the app was a great addition and the shuttle pick up/drop off was also convenient. We found a beautiful coffee shop - The Memory café nearby also. We would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend friends and family to stay here. Thanks for our stay!
