Great stay.

Reception staff was excellent - very friendly, helpful and attentive. Ali was fantastic. Made the stay even more special. Room was very good - clean and spacious. Location was good, walking distance to many attractions. Only had issue with the shower cubicle - door could not shut properly which caused water to drain out to the bathroom floor each time we showered.

Amazing experience, loved every minute. Thank you for the extra touches of wine and chocolates for our celebration of my partners 30th birthday. Room was exceptional and bed really comfy. Extra touches of Dyson fan and umbrella meant so much. Huge bathroom and two TVs. Would highly recommend.

Muito bom para famílias.

Excelente apartamento amplo, moderno, limpo e bem localizado. Cozinha completa com fogão de 4 bocas elétrico, forno, microondas, cafeteira nespresso, entre outras. Ao lado do checkpoint Charlie, com metro a alguns metros. Banheiro e sala amplos. Fácil acesso e seguro. Lavanderia paga por $5 por utilização das máquinas.

Nice family suite for 6. Only 4 of us so more space. Enjoyed the apartment very much. Close to Mall of Berlin. Great location. Everything in apartment except clothes washing machine/dryer. However there's a guest one downstairs for small price. No housekeeping for short stays. Was there 5 nights. Nice to have but not big deal for us. Definitely recommend the apartment we were in for family of 4.

This Hotel somewhat misrepresented itself. The "lobby" is a small room with a chair and a laptop; one person, and NOT 24 hour. The apartment was poorly appointed, no maid service for the three days we were there, and on two of those days, there were multiple trash toters out front, full of garbage and smelly. The couch/hide a bed was uncomfortable to sit on, and I can imagine also uncomfortable to sleep on. This is NOT a four star accommodation, and significantly overpriced. I cannot recommend this facility to anyone.

There is no real lobby, no housekeeping services (unless you stay 6 days or longer), and the one person downstairs leaves at 10 pm so if you lose your key or have any other issues (which we thankfully didn’t), you may be in trouble. The apartments were functional but I’m not sure why they are so highly rated.

베를린 여행

포츠담 광장과 베를린 몰 그리고 여러 식당이 십분 거리내 있고 특히 여러 미술관과 베를린 필도 가까운 거리에 있음. 숙박시설은 깨끗하고 주방이 있어 편리했음. 가족 3인실은 넓으나 소파베드는 펼쳐서 자면 불편해서 그냥 소파에 제공된 시트펴고 자면 어느정도 편안함.
