We had a wonderful stay at Marriott’s Beach Club in St. Kitts! The ambiance is beautiful and relaxing, and the people truly make the experience even better. The front desk and concierge staff were incredibly respectful, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The villas are spacious, well-maintained, and come with a fully stocked kitchen—perfect for a comfortable and convenient getaway. The beach is clean and well cared for, with staff regularly removing seaweed to keep it pristine. The swimming pools are also spotless and a great place to unwind. One of the highlights was the on-site ice cream bar and pizza shack—the pizza was absolutely delicious! Overall, it’s the perfect place to relax, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of St. Kitts. Highly recommend!

Lovely hotel on the beach

Wonderful property, huge timeshare villa via the Beach Club, wonderful pools, very freindly staff. Service a little slow, but nothing unusual. That said, almost no servers on the beach, so you have to go to the pool bar area for drinks and food. But overall a great property, would definitely stay there again.

Excellent well apportioned apartment & location by Atlantic Ocean. Assume standard Marriott Vacation Club style property catering for North American market. Expedia booking experience straight forward. Marriott Vacation Club online booking experience was poor especially. They didn’t have a room. Expedia did.

The onsite dining options are below average. The quality and taste of the food need to be improved. We quickly learned it was best to eat dinner offsite. On our departure morning it took 40 minutes for our pancakes and omelette to arrive. I think the property needs a new food and beverage manager. What Marriott runs out of diet soda? There is an abandoned waterfront restaurant that needs to be refurbished and reopened.

Disappointed with the communication for the late check out. Two staff members confirmed the late check out and still we were harassed to leave before the agreed upon late check out. The restaurant’s service and long wait for appetizers and main course made for a long night and tiresome experience.

The staff was great. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Couldn’t ask for a better experience. The only issue we had was one of your guest staying in a room a couple doors down from us called security about is smoking. I did not realize and even looked back on the website and did not see it was a smoke free campus. Either way other guest smoking did not experience this but your security ,Sandra come and told us we could not smoke but at the pool. We did follow the rules on the door not to smoke in room or balcony so we didn’t think we did anything wrong. That guest watched us and I believe took pictures which is not ok by me and I did report that to the front desk. Otherwise your staff was great just not that guest.
