Le personnel était disponible, attentif et à l’écoute de nos questions/besoins. La seule chose que j’ai trouvé difficile est que la dernière nuit nous avions des clients au dessus de notre chambre et l’insonorisation entre ma chambre et la leur n’est pas bonne du tout. Heureusement, ils n’étaient pas des clients bruyants. Sinon, 5/5 pour tout le reste.

Perfect little hotel near city attractions

Excellent service, my room was cleaned everyday, great location on the Arno, and lovely breakfast every morning. I will definitely stay there again and seek another Sonder hotel in the next city I visit.

Bel endroit, avec un personnel agreable

Hotel tres sympa, personnel tres agréable et serviable, tres bien placé dans la ville pour tout visiter a pied. mais pas insonorisé, on entend les personnes dans le couloir et pour certains dzns leurs chambres.

We were very disappointed in the room, a 'ground floor' was actually a basement room, the only window looking up through the hotel maintenance type area- it was noisy, not private and did not feel secure. The room smelt moldy, with poor ventilation. Erica, one of the concierges was wonderful and the hotel's location was good.

Tout le personnel était super sympa et serviable, chambre assez spacieuse et joliment décorée. C'est un hôtel refait à neuf et très bien situé en dehors de la zone de circulation restreinte donc parfait pour se garer et profiter de Florence tranquillement. On s'y est vraiment bien senti pendant notre court séjour, vivement recommandé à 100%

Sonetto by Sonder

Hotel is actually in a great area and everything you want to see in Florence is an easy walk to get to. Hotel customer service was amazing and everyone was very helpful. Our room was smaller, but that’s all we needed. If you fancy a larger shower, be sure to book the larger room. Overall, very happy with our experience there.

We had an amazing stay at The Sonetto. The staff were absolutely incredible, super friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. The bed is super comfy, the room is a decent size and the property has a nice and quiet pateo where you can chill.
