I appreciate the Green and environmentally conscious initiatives of the property, but man the hallways can get really stuffy particularly in the after office hours where they turn off the AC, and the humid and sweltering temps of Cebu made it unbearable. The staff are friendly and accommodating (especially the helpful and polite door men). The room and bathroom are clean, but it takes awhile for the split type AC to cool down the humid room when you first come in to the room. They also provide guests with distilled water in a sealed dispenser (no bottled water here which we greatly appreciated). The property sits on a mixed development building that has a popular supermarket at the lower ground, anytime fitness on the 2nd level and other restaurants and shops. There’s also a filipino restaurant just 30 meters away; a coffee shop just 20 meters from the property. But if you want the some local and cheaper options, you can walk towards National bookstore and on your right there’s a BBQ place, and a Cebuano specialty: Pochero. Overall we liked the place but the traffic going to and from the property is a pain the neck.

Kitchen sink linked all over the floor, more than once. The TV in the bedroom had no sound.The wifi would drop off occasionally. If you have issues with your room you may not be able to reach the front desk. Breakfast was decent except for roaches crawling around on the pastries. There are plenty dining options and a grocery in the same complex as the Hotel.

Not worth the money in Cebu

Comfortable room in general. We had to queue for the breakfast quite a while. Pool area has literally three chairs on floor and few in the pool so it will probably be occupied. I think there is better options for this buck.

To see a person urinating on the side walk 2 block from hotel I was living in, was a bit disturbing to me. I also don’t like roaches. I saw 1 in my room 1 in the restaurant while having breakfast and several in the hotels restaurants restroom. Otherwise, the hotel staff and restaurant staff was very accommodating and polite. As far as transportation, it was a bit confusing. Was interested in using hotel’s transportation to airport. No one seem to know how I should book hotel transportation to airport. Ended up taking a cab.

Comfortable stay

Very nice hotel with friendly and professional staff. Very good buffet breakfast was included. Our room was large with a small kitchenette, refrigitator and a washer/ dryer. There is a small gym and swiming pool. There is a limited number of restaurants in the complex.
