Park Plaza Apart Hotel

Great place in great location. Walkable to restaurants, grocery, pharmacies, and shopping. Room was very clean and provided shampoo, hair dryer, etc. Stayed in a loft with full kitchen and a balcony on 16th floor providing great city view. Another smaller balcony off the bedroom. Bed was comfy. A/C was great on main level but the upstairs stayed quite warm. A ceiling fan over the bed made it cooler.

We had a problem with the air conditioning in the first room, which the knew about. However, when we complained they moved us to a different room the next day and the issue wax resolved. The staff were very helpful with any inquiries and had good recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing.

The friendly staff make this a fabulous hotel.

The ParkPlaza Apart Hotel, Santiago is one of the friendliest hotels we have stayed in on our travels around the world! Location is right in the city, within walking distance to many site’s, restaurants and the metro. The accommodation is exactly as stated in the information. Our room was large, and well maintained with enough cooking facilities and equipment to make meals if required. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom well equipped. The best thing about this hotel was the staff. All were very friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful. They helped arrange local tours, gave information about city sites and booked taxis for us when required. They could not have been more helpful.

A vista é linda! Fiquei no loft no 16 andar. O loft não fica no mesmo prédio do hotel e a entrada é ao lado da recepção do hotel. O loft tem 2 andares com escada, 1 sacada e é bem equipado com cozinha, geladeira, microondas, fogão, panelas e utensílios. A cama e os travisseiros muito bons. O chuveiro é bom, mas é na banheira, o que pode ser um problema para quem tem pouca mobilidade. É bem localizado, muito próximo do Cerro Santa Lucia e da Lastaria. Dá para fazer muita coisa a pé

I would stay here again. Parking is accessible. There is a grocery near by. I liked the 2-levels with the stairs and kitchen. It is a decent distance from the metro. Nice place!

Muito bom

O apart hotel é muito bom, limpo, organizado, espaçoso, uma geladeira com um bom espaço e destaque é para na TV havia muitos canais de TV fechada. No prédio tem uma lavanderia.
