FANTASTIC

Clean and comfortable, great kitchen, plenty of room, very nice showers. Absolutely loved the windows. Fun location by Chinatown with access through a courtyard. Convenient location to all things London. BUT you must be able to climb multiple landings of steps (with luggage at beginning and end of stay). Our family enjoyed this property so much that we extended our stay by a night. Digital communication was easy, access codes for apartment entry.

Dangerous to your family. NO NOT STAY HERE!

These apartments have no AC and you are forced to open the windows to get any type of airflow. The main problem with this is the appartments are surrounded by the exhaust vents of the restuarants on all sides. therefore the smell, smoke and GAS FUMES are blown into your sweltering appartment. Fortunately the Carbon monoxide detectors go off warning you're family is in danger. repeated calls to the emergency line produced no response other than a housekeeper who could do nothing to stop the gas fumes or alarm. No refund due to this dangerous situation was offered by Hausd.

The stay was really great! The location was right in the middle of everything so we could walk everywhere. We walked to shows, the cinema, and delicious food was right around the corner. Even a breakfast place that opened at 9 am with a full Chinese menu! The flat was just as described - very very clean!! Nice size bathroom, the kitchen was beautiful and new. We didn't use the wash machine but it was nice to have if we would have stayed longer. We made coffee in the flat and were able to keep leftovers in the fridge. There were nice big towels and a good size bed. The sitting area was spacious enough to work on my laptop while my husband was sleeping. I would stay here again for sure! I also asked a few questions by email that were answered promptly. Thanks!

My kid and I really enjoy staying at Hausd. This apartment makes this London trip truly memorable! It is in perfect location, close to grocery, surrounded by restaurants, in walking distance to the underground station, theaters, British Museum, Covent Market, and more. We love every minute of our stay!

Love the 2 King Beds & kitchen! Clean and win with the laundry! Walk up is a drag and it’s certainly not quiet with the Fire brigade across the street, but we used a white noise machine and it was Zzzzzz no problem.

Excellent location for getting to theatres etc. Plenty of restaurants nearby, Leicester Square tube station close by. Excellent apartment, clean and spacious. Down side - Fridge was a bit noisy, also noisy with restaurants generators close by.

Pros: Great central location in the heart of China Town (adjacent to Soho/ Piccadilly/ Leicester Square). Nice, light and spacious apartment with everything you need. Cons: Quite a few steps to get up and down (which might be an issue for some with heavy luggage). No air con and gets very hot if the weather is warm. Above China Town restaurants and so relatively loud constant kitchen extractor noise if you open the (double) windows. However overall the pros outweigh the cons for convenience and would stay again but avoid warmer months.

Apartment in the photo wasn’t the one we stayed in but that is a very minor comment. Directions to reach the place and entry codes were fine. Text received to let us know the apartment was ready to enter. All clean and very comfortable for one night stay in “theatre land”. Right in the heart of Chinatown which was very vibrant. Easy to walk to theatres, Oxford St and Regent St. Safe to walk around and see Christmas lights at night after the show. The deep walls and secondary glazing make the apartment warm and sound proof. Well equipped kitchen.

Good location in a bustling neighborhood, but BEWARE NO ELEVATOR. Carrying our big suitcases up 5 stories was extremely difficult! Otherwise a clean and spacious apartment, a little bland and lifeless as far as decor goes, but otherwise nice. My bathroom did not have any outlets for hair dryers, so I had to do it in the bedroom.

Worse experience ever

If you have a choice please do not stay this one. First of all you have to carry your luggage to climbing the stairs. It’s not hotel, it’s apartment. The Second thing is worse, I am 60 years old I slipped and fell so hard in the shower. Afterwards I was able to walk but slow. I couldn’t turn over in the bed at night when I sleep because of the pain. We backed to United States after injury. Finally made an appointment to see Dr. and took X ray. We claimed the expense to Hausd AFTER insurance but they are no response at all.

The Hausd Apartment is lovely and in a great location But a fundamental flaw in Hotels.com promotion of it which breaches UK trading standards, namely that the flat I booked was advertised with a terrace which was critical to my booking given lockdown rules. A few days before I discovered the terrace only comes with the penthouse. That did not and still does not show up on my browser/Mac. As I say, it is breaking UK law (Trade Descriptions Act) to sell something you can't deliver. And so my stay was fundamentally changed because of that. Host unprepared to discount stating it is hotels.com that is misrepresenting. This is the second time in a few months I have been fundamentally misled by hotels.com. Last time I was sold a flat in London which was in fact in Liverpool. It is gross. I have referred both cases to Trading Standards

For what I paid I didn’t feel that it was worth this property. There is no elevator so you have to be prepared to schlep your luggages up 89 steps!! And we were four women so that was incredibly exhausting. They only provided one set of towels for each person so we used the same wet towel for four days. There is a laundry machine, but it is incredibly slow and we were able to do two loads in four days, considering we weren’t always home. I put my Louis Vuitton bag on the top of the closet shelf and the handle was all dust when I took it back down. The coffee machine was broken and some days it worked and some days it didn’t. Lastly, it’s important to know that if you have a later flight, there’s actually nowhere to put your luggage so you lose a day of activities. There is an option to put them in a storage place not too far away, but it is expensive and not worth it. I tried contacting them to see if we can just stay an extra two hours so that we have a place for our luggage before we go to the airport and it took her two days to respond of which she said she never got my messages which I used the same form of communication the entire time. If it’s a problem, you should always have a back up communication option. What if I was having an emergency? Even when I called the emergency line, they said that they reached out to her and I had to call back to say I have not yet heard from her. That’s how I finally connected with her.Overall, we were all disappointed with this place.

Fantastic location, with a 24 hour M&S across the road. We had a top floor flat which was well proportioned and had all the amenities for a family. My only issue was ventilation. It was very very hot and floor fans just didn’t cut it. The living room was cool but the rooms unbearably hot. Also not ideal if you have mobility issues as it’s 5 flights of stairs to the top flat.
