Good stay for a weekend

Nice and clean, AC not working the first 2 days but eventually we got the heating on. Convinient small kitchenett. Nice restaurants nearby. A large mirror next to the bed. A good stay for a weekend.

The property is very secure and safe, quite clean, staff are polite and kind. There is not much at all to do in Colomiers however it is fairly easy to get into Toulouse on weekdays by train or bus. Our only problem is our phone wasn't working so we had to go down to speak to reception which wasn't a problem as they were so helpful and accessible.

Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. Le petit-déjeuner est correct. Il serait intéressant d’ajouter du lait / des yaourts et autres alternatives végétales. Malheureusement l’état de certains mobilier laisse un peu à désirer même si leur aménagement est bon. Nous avons changé 2 fois de chambre à l’arrivée. La porte du frigidaire ne tenait plus dans la première chambre, la tête de lit molletonnée de la 2ème était lacérée. La troisième était très correcte, il manquait juste un placard. Mention spéciale pour le départ tardif gratuit. En conclusion, un hôtel bien pensé qui nécessite quelques réparations / rénovations et un personnel agréable. Le parking dispose de beaucoup de places, est sécurisé et gratuit.

Pratique d'accès et pour se garer. Environnement sympa pour aller marcher (piste cyclable partout et différents parcs aux alentours) Apparemment confortable. Seule bémols plusieurs cheveux trouvés dans salle de bain et sur le lit.

Cliente de longue date, je fréquent cette résidence ainsi que toute ma famille quand nous venons sur Toulouse , je tiens à remercier cet établissement pour la tenue dans le temps de la qualité et de l'amabilité du personnel. J'ai juste un bémol pour les 2 chambres que j'ai loué de l'absence des bouilloires électriques alors qu'il y en avait avant.

Bon séjour.

Très bon appart’hôtel où nous avons passé une nuit. Salle de bain un peu petite et la bonde de douche semblait bouchée, l’eau avait du mal à être évacuée. Plutôt bien insonorisé.
