For a bit of entertainment, a flat-screen TV comes with cable channels, and guests can also appreciate conveniences, such as a washer/dryer and a sitting area. Housekeeping is available on request.
Coco Sands Beachside Cottages offers 7 air-conditioned accommodations, which are accessible via exterior corridors, and features washers/dryers and coffee/tea makers. Rooms open to balconies. This individually decorated and furnished accommodation has separate sitting areas. Accommodation at this 4-star apartment has kitchens with full-sized fridge/freezers, stovetops, microwaves and kitchenware and utensils. Excellent stay! My only complaint was that we couldn't stay another couple days. Clean, perfect location, full kitchen, beach chairs and towels. The patio and outdoor areas were absolutely perfect for morning coffee. We also had 3 kids with us, and they had the best time. Will be back… for a longer stay. Thank you!

The south beaches of Cocoa Beach are really the best, and these cottages are located in a quiet area compared to other places close to the pier. I was a solo traveler, but this would be a great place for a family get away as well.

The location is incredible. We had a two bedroom which had a large living area, a nice bathroom and a large kitchen. We were only there for one night so we did not use many of the amenities, but I loved the fact that I could walk directly to the beach and enjoy a morning walk.

A good family stay

There are three buildings, cottages 1-4 is closest to the road, cottages 5-6 are in the middle, cottage 7 is along the beach. We stayed in cottage 6 which is accessed up a flight of stairs to its balcony. The suite had a nice living room with a tv, kitchen with a stove and dishwasher, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The decor was nice and the unit well-maintained.

You won't find better hospitality! The beds were amazing and the apartment was adorable. You have your own perfect little beach with soft sand that is picture perfect. This was a cute place to stay where everything was close by.
