It was very clean and nice new cutlery. Very convenient location for us. My relatives stayed there as well at the same time for a shorter time. They got a welcoming card and gift but I’m not sure why we didn’t get that or whether it depends on the person that checked us in? Overall it was a pleasant stay. Thank you

Outstanding hotel and delightful staff.

Our stay at the Quest Robina was outstanding. It was a convenient location to visit family at varsity lakes. The room was spacious. We actually hosted 3 family members with ease for a very special luncheon. We also had the furchild, Bailey with us and made us of the secure parking. The staff were friendly and helpful, they were delightful.

My experience in Quest

The staffs are wonderful, the room is clean, very nicely setup with everything I needed. The only downside of the room is that the hairdryer surface is very sticky, it’s not dirty, but I think it’s due to the eco material made plastic that causes the problem.

Fridge didn’t work properly so all good had to be thrown out. Son was staying in another room and air conditioning didn’t work properly for over two days. Some of the people staying in the room ended up sleeping in the hall because it was the only way they could get cool

Just wanted to shout out the a front desk staff named Andrew. What a top notch guy! He’s very friendly, courteous, professional and hospitable. Qualities that’s so rare to find these day in hospitality. He is such an asset to the hotel and surely left a lasting impression. We had a one bedroom and loved the balcony and living room with the view of Bond University light at night. Great stay!

I thought the cost for such a basic self serve Hotel was too expensive. Also the wifi and tv required sinking with your mobile and no privacy at all. I know the Government overreach wants you to have no privacy, any organisation fast tracking this is a deal breaker, so I will not stay here again.
