Location was great w tram station in front. Just 3 stops to cbd. And walking distance to QVM. The property was quiet and importantly place was clean and safe. We stayed for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time.

Definitely recommended!

Near to city center (just one tram station away from Queen Victoria Market). Room was clean and fully equipped with kitchen utensils if you plan to prepare your own food in the room.

For what we paid for 2 nights it is worth the money considering other options we looked at. We were only in the room when sleeping or getting ready for a concert so worked for us.

Basic accomodation which resembled simple student accommodation, certainly not the hotel style lodging that I was expecting. Our twin room was very small, well worn, offering two standard size single beds, a small kitchenette and bathroom so tight there wasn’t even bench space for toiletries. Our room had an aircon unit that was not cooling, so not ideal during summer. Location, staff and cleanliness were good. Secure off site parking in the basement of a nearby apartment complex provided good value at $25 per night. Unfortunately, we stayed while a major concert event was on at Marvel Stadium, so all accommodation providers were charging well in excess of their normal rates. If you can score a cheap deal perhaps consider this accommodation, providing cramped no frills doesn’t bother you.
