Maravilhosa pousada, muito limpa, cama boa, bem localizada. Gostei muito também do cuidado que o Nícolas (anfitrião) oferece aos hóspedes: Secador de cabelo no banheiro, bebedouro no corredor, espelho grande acessível... Excelente custo benefício.

Barato e bem localizado

A estadia foi boa, mas a pousada possui alguns problemas... O ar-condicionado não consegue resfriar os quartos do piso superior (pé-direito alto). O café da manhã serviu frutas passadas. Mas era tudo muito bem organizado, todos foram super-atenciosos, a rua foi é bem tranquila e ela é bem localizada.

O Bela Silvia fica numa rua tranquila, e tem uma equipe muito acolhedora. Ideal pra quem quer curtir Natal sem gastar muito na hospedagem. O café da manhã é condizente com a estrutura e não deixa a desejar. A sua simplicidade foi o que me encantou. Este não é o local para quem procura luxo.

Boa localização. Perto dos bons lugares!

Passaram meu cartão sem antes falar comigo. O site informa que meu cartão é anotado mas só será autorizado após atendimento no estabelecimento. No meu caso me senti no prejuízo pois minha reserva ficou com um dia à mais. E não me devolveram. ERRADO!!

Viajei a trabalho e busquei o hotel pelo custo-benefício, bem como pela localização. Chamou a atenção a boa limpeza do quarto e a simpatia dos donos, que fazem o atendimento. Distância tranquila da praia e restaurantes.

Hotel, com boa localizacao, cafe da manha simples, com espaco bem apertado para fazer a refeicao, poderia melhorar essa estrutura. Quanto ao quarto, ficamos no segundo andar, e deixou a desejar o banheiro, poderia ser mais cuidado e limpo, assim como os itens da cozinha, no nosso quarto a geladeira, nao fechava. Para uma estadia rapida, custo x beneficio, vale a pena!

nunca mais "Bella Silvia"

Péssima. Separaram um quarto que parecia uma caverna! Velho, escuro e mofado... Nunca use o quarto no. 05. Nos colocaram então no número 03.ar condicionado velho, ou vc ligava o ar ficava acordado pelo barulho ou desligava para poder dormir. Colchão terrível! Deformado... Como ficar em um lugar onde o essencial é uma boa cama e parece que lá é o contrario.

Excelente Custo Beneficio

Fomos muito bem recebidos e a pousada sendo bem localizada, facilita muito para o turista, ainda mais para quem está de carro. O café é bom e a limpeza do quarto é fantástica, pois sentíamos o cheiro de limpeza. Tivemos problemas com a pousada que ficaríamos a seguir e o pessoal da pousada Bela Silvia se prontificou a nos ajudar para nos arrumar uma lugar p ficar. Recomendo !
