ATENDIMENTO NADA AGRADÁVEL DA RECEPÇÃO

Desde a chegada até minha saída, das vezes que precisei falar com alguém da recepção, tive um péssimo atendimento. Na recepção tem uma moça de cabelos loiros que é a recepcionista mais despreparada que encontrei em toda vida. Além de não ser nada cordial, ela ainda é mal educada com os clientes. Eles informam que funcionam como SPA, mas, em pleno feriadão de 15 de novembro, a suana estava desligada. Vi outro hóspede solicitar à recepcionista que ligassem a sauna, mas nada foi feito.

Ótima, em todos os sentidos.

Esta foi a terceira vez que eu e minha esposa nos hospedamos no Casa Blanca, inclusive um reveillon. Todas as estadias foram maravilhosas, pela estrutura do hotel, excelente atendimento, além dos preços razoáveis. Parabéns!

O primeiro impacto foi ver que era bem menor a piscina e o hotel do que imaginava por foto, outro problema foi que o box do banheiro estava sem porta... E por fim dizia na hora da compra que faça direito a almoço e não deu! Em fim... Não foi uma experiência muito boa... diria que foi bem razoável, mas distante do que esperávamos

Muito boa

A estada foi muito boa, apesar da maré cheia e de não podermos aproveitar da praia. E o que achei desconfortável foi a cama que não era apropriada para pessoas tão altas quanto meu marido e eu. As demais acomodações foram Excelentes.

A praia e localização não são das melhores... É o melhor que tem numa região que está um tanto quanto degradada, com mar avançando e muito crescimento populacional que prejudica. O hotel foi construído para ser top de linha, por isso seu preço não condiz com a realidade atual de sua localidade

This is not a 4 star property . For Americans, it’s a 2 star property . Staff don’t really speak English and don’t really know what service means. Breakfast is below average. The beach is gross and essentially washed out. There isn’t much nearby in terms of restaurants or other places to visit.

MAR, TRANQUILIDADE E BOM ATENDIMENTO

Nosso check-in foi super agradável. Isabela e Ednaldo são cordiais, simpáticos e sorridentes, sabem acolher os hospedes. Logo tivemos um up-grade o que ficamos bastante felizes. O hotel é localizado em uma região muito bonita, de frente para o mar. Piscina super limpa. O pessoal do restaurante (LIRIANE MARIA, TARCÍSIO JUNIOR E GUTENBERG) são funcionários excelentes, eficientes, cordiais e interativos com os hospedes, merecem um destaque no hotel. Parabéns para a gerencia que também estava sempre atenta em especial na hora do almoço. Como sugestão - aconselho que as toalhas dos aptos devam ser trocadas visto que estão bastante encardidas e usadas. Uma revisão nas torneiras da pias pois estavam pingando. No mais, parabenizo pelo excelente nível de clips musicais que sempre estavam sendo apresentados.

O hotel é muito agradável, mas precisa trocar urgentemente os colchões! Também as toalhas estão encardidas e ásperas! O chuveiro( de plástico) do quarto 110 sai água para todo lado, menos para baixo. Acho que isso é falta de gerência nos detalhes, que mesmo pequenos e de baixo custo, precisam ser corrigidos. A piscina tem uma"ladeira" que assusta as pessoas que não sabem nadar e uma profundidade absurda para o seu tamanho!
