Overall okay. Very nice area around it and close to the bus station. A few steps from bus that takes directly to the center. Disappointed by the cleanliness. The amount of dust gave us allergies and the bathroom seemed uncleaned as well as the kitchenette with cooking marks all over

Overall the stay was pleasant.the only draw back was the inability to reduce the air conditiong in the room, which was set at an incredible 27.0C. Had to leave the window open!

Given a room overlooking a main thoroughfare. The thermostat on the wall was there for looks only as it did nothing to change the temperature. So, I had to either have a hot room or a noisy room. Desk staff had limited English skills. Exercise room needs a good cleaning.

I personally can not imagine hotels with no air conditioning, this is simply crucial to me. The apartments are really tiny ones, the bedroom is hard to fit a couple in. The smell of rooms is somehow weird, I didn’t like it

When we realised we won't be in before 7, I tried to call the number on the Expedia confirmation email. This wasnt the hotel but switchboard gave me the number for hotel. It took me 5 tries and waiting in the phone for over 30 mins to get hold of someone. The information on Expedia, their website and the waiting music information for opening times ate all different. If I had a choice I wouldnt have stayed, it was revolting but I didnt want to alarm my family. I washed everything but next day all of us had diarrhoea.

L'hôtel est assez neuf, mais les installations ne sont pas super bien entretenues/propres, ce qui est dommage. La literie est correcte, mais les oreillers sont vraiment horribles... Le pétit déjeuner est correct mais sans plus.

Pas trop loin de la place Stanislas, un parking sous l’hôtel, bonne conception des studios (équipement complet, bien placé, très calme). Seul point négatifs, un mur de la salle de bain très négligé (propreté). la réception très bien.

Expérience d'arrivée tardive

L'emplacement, le parking sont parfaits pour accèder au centre ville ! Appartement 1 chambre spacieux et lumineux au confort suffisant. Arrivée tardive rendue possible mais procédure pour obtenir les codes d'accès non expliquée clairement (malgré la réservation effectuée des semaines auparavant, avec mention dès le départ d'une arrivée tardive) -Ai dû contacter Némea plusieurs fois avec des réponses différentes ou partielles (malgré un personnel accueillant). En fait je découvre qu'un lien de paiement est envoyé le jour même(malgré le non remboursable la veille)...pas pratique quand on travaille ou déjà en route... j'aurai préféré payer tranquillement le jour précédent ou avant, et au moins avoir le choix et comprendre la procédure. Wifi de l'hôtel non sécurisé...ce qui n'est pas vraiment acceptable ... Ces quelques points qui pourraient donc être améliorés pour un accueil parfait.
