A curate's egg

We are senior citizens so the electronic entry system via an app was a challenge but with help we got it to work. The property advertises itself as a Hen and Stag Party venue but that never appeared as part of the information on the Hotels.com website or we wouldn't have bookrd it! Given that this was their business model I'm not surprised that the place wasn't as clean as my wife would have liked and it was very noisy on the Saturday night. On the plus side, it was warm and the beds were comfortable. It was ideally situated in the heart of Liverpool city centre so we found we were able to get to everywhere we wanted to walk to very quickly. I paid through Hotels.com but was charged extra afterwards for various fees which I did not like but I was stuck with the booking by then.
