The room was larger than expected, the staff friendly, the room clean. We were promised air conditioning and instead were given fans, loud fans. In addition to that there was a train track right next to the building. When trains would pass it would get pretty loud. Except for those two things we’re satisfied with the stay, it was a good considering what was paid.

The AC in our room was broken. We were shifted rooms for the second night to with with AC, but the despite this accommodation the place was very tight quarters for 3 and didn't feel very clean.

The 1 bedroom apartment was really cramped and not very clean. When we got to the hotel they charged us an extra 12 euros for parking. The sofa bed was not set up. The bedding was not clean as i found hairs on the sofa bed bedding.

Kind of odd. We have arrived at 10 pm, but we have entered the room at 12 am, because the door lock had a problem and we have waited the technician to come and open the door. No AC, I think this was a huge problem. Not that clean, the bathroom had no windows or a fan. The sofa had some weird noise when moving and the pillows where not sleeping pillows, just for design.

Vi var glade for at bo der. Det var fedt med eget kÞkken osv, sÄ man havde mulighed for at lave hjemme, hvis man ville det. LÄ tÊt pÄ handle muligheder og ca. 20 min. gang fra havnen og liv i gaderne. Det var nemt at parkere. BadevÊrelset lugter jordslÄet hele opholdet selvom vi prÞver at lufte ud, og aircondition virkede ikke sÄ godt. Der var pletter pÄ det lagen, som var lagt pÄ i starten af vores ophold, hvilket ikke var sÄ lÊkkert. Men ellers fint til prisen.

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas(2 ventilateurs pour la remplacer) Je n'ai pas compris pourquoi on nous demande fumeur ou pas,puisque toutes les chambres sont équipées de détecteurs. A part ça, appartement et linge propre,la nuit c'est bien passée.

Bien accueillis par le personnel aimable, agrĂ©able et trĂšs serviable. Par contre, nous ne savions pas que l’hĂŽtel Ă©tait en travaux, ce n Ă©tait pas reposant mais horrible le bruit de perceuse un samedi aprĂšs-midi quand on veut faire la sieste avant le marathon le lendemain. Obwohl in Nizza gelegen, war die Kommunikation des Hotels nur französisch, außer an der Rezeption. Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht prickelnd, vor allem am Abend und in der Nacht fĂŒr Frauen. Die Umgebung ist schmutzig, kein Zimmerservice wĂ€hrend des Aufenthalts, FrĂŒhstĂŒck eher mager.

Struttura abbastanza ben organizzata, con molte camere nel complesso pulite. Spazio della camera un po’ risicato. Bagno grande con doccia. Répartition chaotique des places de parking. Lieu difficile d'accÚs. Réceptionnistes du soir et de nuit désagréable pour l'une et incompétent pour l'autre. Appart hÎtel vieillissant dans un quartier mal famé. La seule personne aimable de l'établissement est le monsieur dédié au petit déjeuner.

Appartement convenable, propre, bien Ă©quipĂ©. Dans la salle de bain, la douche est un peu dĂ©gradĂ©e mais rien de mĂ©chant. Établissement bien placĂ©, pas besoin de la voiture, une ligne de tramway est trĂ©s proche. AccĂšs facile, accueil bienveillant, personnel soignĂ©. J'y reviendrai.
