Honest hotel staff

My Daughter left her Balenciagia bag on one of the arm chair after having breakfast. The hotel staff that was manning the breakfast counter kept the bag and returned to my daughter when she went back to breakfast area to look for it. We really appreciate her honesty and help, because it will be a lot of trouble to make police report and will also miss our morning flight to Amsterdam

Love Nice

All good. Room is cosy, good central location with supermarket and yummy foods. Employees are very friendly and helpful. Only find it strange the need to pay extra to use the toaster and microwave which is locked up in the room. Anyway carrefour is just a short walk with anything you need.

Decent hotel in a great location

Great location, friendly staff. Decent room, bathroom was really big. Well eqipped kitchette. The road its on was fairly busy during our stay so if your a light sleeper id suggest asking for a room that doesn’t face the road. Our aircon didnt seem to work that well , the room was fairly got most of the time despite setting the thermosat to a low temp,as we visited in winter this wasnt a huge issue though and we didnt report it.

Wonderful hotel, walking distance to major sites, 100 meters from the beach, lots of good restaurants within five minutes walk. Warm and friendly staff, really helpful introductions to the surrounding areas, love you guys.

Modernes Hotel bzw Appartement. Zentral gelegen... Alles (Promenade, Bäckerei, Fleischer, Supermarkt carre four, Restaurants, Cafe, Tram, Bus, Bahn, City) ist fußläufig (auch mit Kindern 2 und 6 Jahre) innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen. Das Appartement ist von der Größe für zwei Erwachsene optimal. Für vier Personen geht es grad noch so. Würden das the jay aber wieder nehmen.

The staff is very friendly, you can get a taxi if needed in one to five minutes. The sea is only a few blocks away. There is a grocery store a block down, a pharmacy across the street, easy walk to the train station, and although the wallpaper is a bit odd, the room is nice and clean. I would add another trash can in the main area and give Americans a way to work through the television process, but otherwise it was perfect!

The property is nicely decorated and in a quieter spot yet within walking distance of the Promenade des Anglais(2blocks) and Vieux Nice (15 min walk)The service is very good The hotel breakfast could be better
