We booked with Citadines extremely late! However they were very accommodating and all the staff was lovely! The room was wonderful as well, spacious, clean and I liked the style of it- very mid-century modern! We were about to have the free breakfast the next day and it was awesome, all the food was fresh and the dining area was clean as well! Definitely recommend coming here if you are staying in London, it’s near a tube station and there are places that are walkable!

Awful. Took an hour and a half to check in. Rude staff who have not got a clue what they are doing. Hotel rooms are not clean or cleaned properly. Terrible service, DO NOT STAY
