Lack of communication from the start to the end.From a 5 night stay cut back to 2 nights due to Cyclone Jasper heading to Port Douglas.We decided to leave early for our safety.The day we decided to leave Monday 11th December,went to their office and spoke with Tom and told him we are checking out of our apartment he brushed off the threat of Jasper.Say that we get these all the time and nothing happens.

Nice pool great location. The reception looks dodgy it’s all boarded up but people live in there. Not a good look. Never any toilet paper in the pool bathroom

The Property is close to town. a bit old but fair for price. Didn't like that it was hard to find the paper work to use the controls for the TV. I did end up finding it in a draw in the cupboard.

This was our second stay in one of the studio apartments at The Queenslander so we pretty much knew what to expect. The positives for this apartment include the pool, free off-street undercover parking, very convenient location with easy walks to Macrossan Street, Four-Mile Beach, Marina, and the sporting fields. Minor negatives include a rather dated fridge and plumbing problems with the shower which we were assured were to be fixed on our departure. Overall the apartment is very good value for what you pay.

Comfortable and good Value

The property is now managed from another complex, so given clear written instructions of how to check in. We had the top floor 3rd level and it is a walk up. Very comfortable and spacious apartment which had air con in the main bedroom and living room. Beds were firm, main bedroom very large, with a shared bathroom. Was an easy walk from the main street about 5 to 10 mins. Overall was a comfortable stay, and any issues where fixed as quickly as possible.

The absence of numerous little things lead us to our opinion. No tissues, broken rubbish bin lid, no Kitchen sponge, etc. It's the little things that make the difference

Mysigt boende, nära till stranden samt shoppinggatan. Fin pool med bbq möjligheter. Dock inget Wi-Fi än , men för oss så spelade inte det någon roll. Perfekt för barnfamiljer.
