Great place to stay

Great place to stay! Just like a large apartment with all the amenities. Very conveniient. You can cook your own food and wash your clothes (has washer and dryer). Every item needed for you stay is provided.

The best vacation spot we had in Milwaukee so far of 2024! We attended a concert for two days stay. It was like home away from home. The amenities were exactly what we needed with the washer n dryer a bonus for sure! Check in was very easy! Contactless all online which is a huge plus because we ended up checking in very late due to our jobs. We’ll definitely be back! Very cute n cozy place❤️

Staff-less means no support when things go wrong… like when rhe keyless entry has a ‘system error’ at 12:30 am and no one answers the emergency support phone number. Tailgating for entry means a less secure stay.

Impressed with property, 1st visit confusing GPS takes you to the parking lot not the front of the building (I suggest additional signage displaying address in parking lot area with instructions or directions to front entrance) I called help line, and the person helped me out tremulously! after that I was good. The roof top is beautiful, but the furniture is run down and dingy, I was noy comfortable sitting on it. Overall, I am a happy customer! This is my go to place in Milwaukee Thank you!

the hotel was great it had everything we needed very few hotels in that area had a mini-refitch or microwave we had chose this place because it had a full kitchen we love that it had a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom great for us going home on our trip we could clean everything before we left the rooftop was awesome fire pit and a place to hang out just catching up with friends easy access in and out quiet great location to get all around Milwaukee

The apartment was very roomy and well appointed. Communication was clunky. Everytime i clicked on the virtual Front Desk link i was sent a new link. The firepit on the rooftop was not working and carpeting in hallway was stained on our floor. Otherwise the room was clean and comfortable. There was no amenties guide in the apt so we didnt know where to take out garbage.

This place was perfect for us in many ways. So convenient, clean and spacious. Really appreciated extra towels they stocked, and they even stocked beach towels as well. We had such a wonderful time here. Would definitely go back.

Positives: Convenient location near the Fiserv Forum. Very clean throughout. Check in/out process was mostly straightforward. Texting/chatting platform Kasa uses to communicate with you was very responsive and helpful. Easy in/out via garage if you have a car. Negatives: The apartment was on the first floor near the main doors, so it was unusually loud. There was no central air, and the wall unit did not keep up when it got hot and humid outside. The furniture was cheap and uncomfortable. The dishwasher was loud. Very narrow parking spaces.
