Excellent venue

Excellent stay and what was required for my business trip. Very comfortable apartment with daily cleaning. The cafe downstairs is a bonus with very helpful staff as my Spanish is very limited. Excellent breakfast and good value. Will be staying here again.

Modern place, good elevators, staff in general helpful. Good internet. Water pressure low. High level rooms have smaller bathrooms than the level lower which was a bit of a surprise. Bathrooms are definitely too small to be comfortable. Nice office room downstairs. In general quite neighbourhood and very well located.

The property was great and I loved the lounge/work area. My only dislike was that I was charged taxes. I’m from the US and booked the stay but because of flight issues, my Chilean partner had to check in before me. Because he was checking in and Chilean, they charged us taxes that are normally exempt for foreigners (we live in the USA). That part was disappointing but the rest of our stay (2 nights) was lovely.

I cannot say enough good things about The Place and would stay there again. The design of our suite was incredible. Our overnight flight arrived and they allowed us to check in early at 10 a.m. Likewise, our overnight departure flight was at 10:30 p.m. and they let us check out at 2 p.m. Breakfast is in their restaurant and there are five different choices. We tried all of them during our week in Santiago and loved all of them. Our room was always kept clean and the reception staff were always quite friendly, patient answering our questions, and offered suggestions as well. This is a quiet residential area in one of the best parts of the city so nit in the central area but the hotel is between two Metro stations, each a 10-minute walk. Nothing beat sitting on our balcony with bread, cheese, Iberian ham, and a bottle of wine while watching the Andes in the background.

Ótima estadia em família.

Tivemos uma ótima hospedagem no hotel. Rua muito tranquila e prédio bem silencioso. O apartamento que ficamos tinha uma varanda, que era possível pegar um solzinho no fim do dia. Tivemos acesso a um pequeno mercado e alguns cafés bem próximos. O Parque Arauco e o Shopping Arauco também são próximos, sendo possível ir a pé. Estação de metrô a 3 quadras de distância. Como o apartamento possui cozinha completa, foi possível comprar itens para o café da manhã e fazermos o nosso próprio café e pequenos janteres. Como viajamos com nosso filho de 3 anos (quase 4), foi uma excelente opção.
