It was a fantastic property to stay out and it is an extremely close to multiple theatres in the Melbourne CBD. I will definitely consider staying here again if I go to Melbourne to see musicals. It's also extremely easy to navigate around the CBD from the location.

Stayed in the basement rooms which are high ceilings warehouse like. Good value. Could benefit from blackout curtains as have opaque roller blinds at the moment with all might lighting from the building next door.

Very clean and neat, but the fittings and furnishings are a little tired. The instructions for the air con were not very clear; not sure that we mastered it! Sadly the building works surrounding the property detracted from the ambiance.

Great location, considerably clean, apart from behind the bed side tables and bed. Otherwise the staff were very attentive and happy to help with anything. Well priced and has everything you need for a long or short stay in Melbourne.

Wish we knew about construction next door!!

4 night stay, would have expected room serviced at least once. Had to ask for kitchen supplies replenished. Great room size and location perfect. Noise from building site very annoying, especially at 6:15am! And light from next door overnight not blocked out by the blinds. Wouldn’t stay again until building next door finished.

Manhattan vibes in Melbourne

Absolutely delighted with my stay! I wasn’t sure what to expect given the fantastic price, but this place is truly a hidden gem in an excellent Melbourne location. Easy to access, with a cosy loft-style vibe and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The bed was super comfy, the shower was fantastic, and the high-quality toiletries were a lovely touch. Everything was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I also felt completely safe walking back alone at night. Perfectly situated for concerts or sporting events at Rod Laver Arena, with great eateries just two doors away. I honestly can’t fault it—will definitely be back!

Great location for a city stay. Lovely apartments, although some things not quite up to standard such as one face washer for two people, kettle didn't work, requested twin beds but given queen. I would stay again despite these minor things.

The property is in an excellent location, close to shops, transport, restaurants, gardens, theatres. The check-in was quick and the lady on the front desk was helpful and extremely pleasant. She is an asset to the business. The apartment itself was very spacious. It was very clean and had great resources (stove, hob, washer/dryer, air con/heating, TV). There was a shower over a bath but the bath mechanism didn't work (they may have decommissioned the use of baths due to water usage concerns??). I had been pre-warned about noise from surrounding building works. I stayed on a Sunday and so there was no noise. It did start up at 7am. on the Monday morning but wasn't actually that bad. I would happily stay at this establishment again. Thank you.

You haven’t updated your internet and I couldn’t work, I wasn’t the only person sitting on the steps as couldn’t get reception on my own net or use your wifi, made my stay really difficult However the young, very attractive Indian woman at the desk was outstanding.

It was not at all like the images I saw when booking, I found that disappointing. The room wasn’t refreshed on the Saturday etc Construction next door was starting earlier that 8am. Would not stay again.
