the location is excellent. its within walking distance to shopping enclave and crown. lots of eateries , drinking holes around. as for the premise, cleanliness is an issue. particularly the curtains, windows area. curtains should be dust once in awhile and cleaning of the window. i doubt they clean it once a month. the dust accumulated is thick.

Great hotel

Location is great. Very close to restaurants and shoppings. Staffs are polite and helpful. I stayed in a service apartment, hopefully kitchen utensils, plates etc are always change and replace every few months for cleanness.

WOW! Best accommodation we had all trip!

The rooms were WOW! Loved the layout of the 3 bedroom and the apartment was so well maintained and very clean! Location was fantastic too! So near the major sites, you could literally walk everywhere! Overnight carpark wasn’t crazy expensive considering it’s within the hotel. Only 25 aud per night and the car could be accessed directly via the lifts! Perfect for unloading and reloading of our luggage! This would be my first choice when I come back to the city again!

Location is great. In a quiet corner but just 5 mins away ftom main shopping area and tram stop. It is also just a 10 mins walk to Queen Victoria market. Apartment is well maintained though cleanliness can be further reinforced. Overall experience was great and i will recommend it to friends visiting Melbourne.

There are few points which make Adina Hotel Apartment Queenstreet is selected as our 2nd home for our short stay : - Extremely convenient location - Wide range selection of food available nearby from Korean, Chinese, Italian, France etc. - Friendly & Fast response staff - Cloth Washer & Drier (Important for travel with Kids) - Awesome room view @ 20th Level - Swimming pool just nice for our kid - There is Gym and Sauna Facilities in the hotel - Available picking up tour @ the hotel lobby
