The property was neat and spacious. Not conjusted. What i did not like is the car parking. Tourist hire cars and we had to pay for the overnight charges and the car park was so narrow that parking was a bit challenging

Fundamentally Wrong

The response of the hotel to the fire alarm that occurred at 2:00am of the 15th was the worst. There was no evacuation guidance, and after a while after the alarm sounded, there was no response from the operator or reception, and it seems that the employees had already evacuated. Leave the guests behind. This hotel is fundamentally wrong.

Wish there's a better solution to drop off luggage. Otherwise, great property with excellent location to explore the city and yet, away from the hustle. I booked the place for the kitchenette as we were cooking for our toddler. The kitchen could be better equipped but it was essentially sufficient. Special thanks goes to Natalie who made us feel at home. Her sincerity and kindness really touched us. She made my toddler felt so comfortable and actually looking forward to return to the property. I hope she stays with Mantra for a long time so that we can meet her again when we return.

There was a few pieces of rags lying around the room when we arrived. Toilet got clogged once. Housekeeping didn’t really do a good job on a few days. There were always things left untended.

Excellent location to most shopping and food areas

Nice stay. Hotel is very well equipped and clean. It was very spacious for the tariffs that was charged. Going in and out of hotel to get to the main shopping areas and eating places was very convenient. One of the only thing that i wasn't particularly happy was that the air conditioning was a little weak and room felt a little warm at times.

Good quiet cozy hotel

The hotel is on a quiet little road but very accessible to cafes and bar area such as Emporium and QV.... but the only one thing to complain is the kitchen is outdated (but with a hotel like this having a kitchen is already great!)

Loved the toiletries they provided and the size of the Queen studio apartment was great. The kitchenette could have been bigger, but it's acceptable for making breakfast. The room, bed linen and towels were all very clean.

Near to the heart of city

The overall experience was good, staff were helpful and friendly. Although they should pay more attention towards room's cleanliness eg bed linen. Ideal for family vacation.

Very comfortable room. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping etc. Disappointed that there was no housekeeping ( only available on request) we were there for four days and had to ask several times for more coffee, tea, milk and sugar. Also had to request clean towels. Restaurant only open for breakfast, bar opened from 3 pm to 8pm but not on Sundays.
