Awesome penthouse that u'll want to come back to

It was a fantastic 7D stay for us 7 adults n 1 preteen. It was surprisingly super clean n almost everything we needed were under one roof. Very comfortable penthouse, friendly n helpful staff. Quiet despite being just next to the motorway. Very conveniently located too.

Very expensive and we had very bad experience . first of all there is no house keeping for stay less than 7 days. They dont have smart TV and there is no chrome cast. And they dont lishen to any request. Morning staff before 12AM is very rude. Zero customer service. The matress and bed very old . its like you are sleeping on springs. Very uncomfortable. The shower drainage was blocked and flooded when we shower. Will never book again. Very disappointed we waste our money and we were very uncomfortable.

Great cabins

Cabins are very nice. Unfortunately, cell reception is non-existent, as is the wifi, so don’t expect to catch up on any work emails while the kids play.

The location is excellent. However, the WiFi was not reliable and will need some improvement. Also the main bedroom's bed in a cosmo unit needs some replacement, it was not comfortable.

Wonderful way to visit and stay in Brisbane!

Loved the convenience of the cabin and amenities offered in the village. Very quiet and friendly neighbors. Loved the ability of the full kitchen and the convenience of the restaurant. Loved plentiful towels provided.

Morning staff is excellent. The only problem is no house keeping if you are staying less than 7 nights. You need to go to the reception to get the bed sheets etc. But overall excellent experience very quite, safe and nice place very clean and renovated.

모든 것이 좋아요

호텔은 제법 역사가 있는 것 처럼 보였으나, 모든 시설물이 깨끗하게 관리되고, 리셉션 직원들도 모두 친절하였습니다. 수영장의 애들 풀에는 따뜻한 물이 공급되어 애기 들이 놀기 좋았습니다. 근처에 upper mt gravatt 쇼핑센터와 한인마트가 있어 음식재료나 필요한 물건을 쉽게 살 수 있었습니다. 다만, 한국인들은 대중교통이 멀게 느껴져서 차가 있으면 더 좋을 듯 힙니다, 저희는 렌트했습니다.
