숙박 시설 3대 요소는 청결, 친절, 가격입니다. 청결에 있어 안방 에어컨에 청소가 부족하였으며, 침구에 얼룩이 보였습니다. 하지만 친절과 가격이 좋아 전체적으로 만족합니다.

해변과 매우 가깝고 시설이 너무 괜찮음 엘리베이터가 없으나 건물이 높지 않아 크게 힘들지 않음 사장님 너무 친절! 잘 쉬고 갑니다!

대천/머드행사장가실분은 여기로~

습한 날씨로 인한 눅눅한 냄새가 나긴했어도 나름 깨끗하게 청소되어 있는것 같았습니다~성수기 대비 가성비 좋았다고 생각합니다~머드행사장도 가깝고 바닷가도 걸어서 갈수 있는 위치이며 먹자골목도 있어 한곳에서만도 즐거운 여행이 될수 있을것 같습니다~

둘이 사용하기 딱 좋은 크기의 방입니다.

청소상태가 깨끗하고 필요한 시설들이 세심하게 잘 되어있어요. 문자나 전화로 문의하면 사장님과 소통이 잘 됩니다. 바베큐 시설 이용도 미리 예약해서 잘 사용했어요. 보일러도 잘 돌아가서 방이 아주 따뜻하고 물도 잘 나와요..화장실이 좀 추웠던게 아쉬웠어요.

위치는 그리 나쁘지 않았고, 사장님도 친절하셨어요. 주변 맛집도 가까워서 밖에 나가 있는 시간이 많았네요. 그런데 숙소의 크기도 사진과 많이 달랐고, 수건에서 냄새가 났어요. 이불과 깔개도 너무 얇아서 놀랐습니다. 수건과 침구에 많이 신경을 쓰셔야 겠더라고요. 딱 가격만큼의 숙소라고 생각하시면 됩니다.

대천해수욕장에서 가깝고, 공영주차장이 바로 옆에 있어서 주차도 편리합니다. 엘리베이터가 없는 것이 좀 아쉽기는 하지만 세탁기가 객실 내에 있고 세제도 제공되기 때문에 아주 편리하게 이용할 수 있어요.

다른분 이용후기처럼. 이불이 깨끗하고 전체적으로 리모델링을 하셨는지 깔끔했어요. 방음도 잘되는지 옆에 아래층 다 사람들이 있나 싶을정도로 조용했구요.301호에 숙박했어요. 5분 거리에 해변과 조개구이 먹자골목이 있어 차두고 거의 걸어다녔구요. 재방문 의사가 있을만큼 주인분도 친절하셨어요. 전 과잉친절이 넘 부담스러운 사람인데 그런친절 아닙니다. 딱 제가 원하는만큼의 무신경과 친절이예요. 적당한 거리가 있어서 더 맘편히 쉬다왔어요 감사합니다
