the place is located down the alley, the description doesn't fit the photos they showed, went into the room i can't even feel comfortable! receptionist didn't even bother to check my details and straight gave the key to me without verify his customer! bad!

Good location, so so hotel with private toilet

Good location. Room is not that nice neither clean. They do not have maps to give us. Personal was helpful given us a couple of tips. Room has a private toilet and a private bath, small but private.

Budget Hotel

Good: Hotel is located in the Korean District, where there are alot of food and shops selling facial masks. The Hotel is around a 10 mins walk from the Shin-Okubu station, which is one stop away from the Shinjuku district. Do note that the train rides cost 130 yen for one stop. Therefore, to travel to Shinjuku, you might wanna take a 20-30 mins walk from the hotel. There is a water dispenser at the lobby of the hotel. Bad: Although the hotel is located near the train station, it is in a rather secluded area. Might not be easy to find on your very first attempt, but there are kind shop owners that are more than willing to help you located the hotel. As this is a budget hotel, kindly do not expect much. Rooms are decent, but smoke smell is very strong, and you can hear people walking in the corridors. Overall: Will only recommend this hotel is you are on a tight budget.

Located in red light district therefore not ideal for family. The hotel and rooms are old , dim and small.

房內燈光極黃極暗，所有東西都很舊而且污糟 水的溫度及水壓很好，但浴室和洗手間都很臭，洗手間臭得要戴口罩才能進，所以我們盡量在車站的洗手間解決大小二便。 酒店地理位置好，但在住宅區，所以很難才找到路，每一次回酒店都要看Google map 後來才發現附近有比它好卻又更便宜的酒店，很後悔入住這間

靠近地鐵但周圍環境有點複雜,設施老舊

大概晚上11點多抵達飯店,飯店周圍站著一些疑似做性交易的女性,也很多時鐘酒店,感覺環境比較複雜。飯店設施老舊,浴室不太乾淨,整體感覺不舒服,如果只是一晚睡幾個小時還能接受,如果再多完成不會考慮。

Not terrible, but gross

Light above the mirror didn't work, bathroom door didn't lock or close properly, and there were toe nail clippings all over the ground. The room was definitely not vacuumed between guests.
