Precisa de melhorias.

Hotel razoável, e não me surpreendeu. Instalações bem.diefrente do que mostra as imagens postadas no app hoteis.com. cama não era confortável e muito estreita para um casa. Chuveiro nao esquentava e os pingos era um no norte e outro no sul. A descarga nao parava de sair água fazendo um barulho enorme. Funcionarios na hora do check-out estava sem mascara e vendo fotos de mulheres sem roupa. A unica coisa que merece nota 10 neste hotel é o cafe da manhã, bem servido e tudo fresquinho. De resto tem muito a melhorar.

Superação de atendimento do garçom Carlos.

A suite tem um tamanho excelente.Funcionarios muito atenciosos. O garçom Carlos do restaurante foi extremamente atencioso e muito receptivo,trabalha com paixão pelo que faz! Fiquei encantada.

Foi tudo tranquilo, só não ganhou nota máxima, por dois motivos, na minha entrada percebi que o interfone não funcionava, fiz a reclamação e não trocaram o interfone, toda vez que queria falar com a recepção ou copa, tinha que usar meu celular. Vazamento na descarga do banheiro.

Razoável. Acho que o hotel já foi melhor. O quarto estava já com aparência de velho, muito usado. O banheiro tinha um cotonete no chão quando chegamos. E não tinha tomada no quarto. Somente duas Tomadas na sala e uma no banheiro.

Tivemos uma estadia de 8 noites bem agradável. A suíte Jr. tem um tamanho satisfatório, os funcionários foram bem atenciosos, e gostamos do café da manhã e refeições no restaurante.

Cobrança de preço indevida do estacionamento

Foi uma rápida pernoite. Fizemos o checkin as 23:20 e o checkout as 11:30. Minha indignação foi com a cobrança dos serviços! Ao chegarmos fomos comunicados que o estacionamento seria R$ 25, porém após tomarmos o café ( que Por Sinal, deixou a desejar) observei na placa do estacionamento que a pernoite seria R$ 20. No checkout eu indaguei sobre o preço é o atendente (rispidamente) disse que eu deveria acertar no estacionamento. Que ele não poderia cobrar menos porque não inclui o serviço de manobrista e que preço promocional era com o estacionamento terceirizado. Indaguei que comumente é o hotel quem gera essa cortesia de desconto quando o estacionamento é terceirizado, pelo fato de nos hospedarmos. Outro detalhe que o manobrista é do estacionamento e não do hotel, não podendo ser incluído nos serviços. Enfim, meu marido desceu com as malas até o estacionamento e ao pagar, não foi cobrado R$ 20 da pernoite e sim R$ 10 porque não ficamos nem 12 horas no hotel. Penso que é muito pequeno para que façam isso com um hóspede, considerando que já é a quarta vez que me hospedo.
