Reasonable prices for the space you get. It was quite clean but the facilities are a bit old. The reception and overall staff is lovely and very accomadating, and are available 24/7! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

We liked the Altis Suites apartment hotel. Great location, close to everything - excursion bus stop, ~ 1 km, to shopping, train. 1 bdr apartment has 2 beds, queen bed in the bedroom, and sofa bed in living room. Room service was everyday. Next time we will stay there.

No reception exist

No one waited for us at reception. We went to Altis hotel reception. They left me 4 hours waiting while they took in hotel clients. I litigated that they should have send somebody cleaning the room earlier as they did for hotel clients. Even when i left there was nobody at reception and hotel staff since i complaint constantly said they had nothing to do with the apartment. Very bad experience as when electricity light went off and we wanted to extend our time no one helped us. A disgrace
